Wonderful service provided by Selim as us usual. He is professional, timely, extremely honest, great integrity. We had to have our furnace replaced last year, and we have been extremely pleased with the Trane furnace installed Never felt we were trying to be up sold on any product/service. We will continue to use Draft Control for all of our AC/furnace needs.

The service is impeccable and they really know their business. This is the second time we have used their services and I am beyond impressed with their professionalism, knowledge and just plain helpfulness. I highly recommend this company.

Selina was fantastic, will not rest until his customer is 100% satisfied. If he says that he will be there in ten minutes,, rest assured, he will be there. Early Friday morning, system shows problem on nest thermostat. Called propane company to inquire about levels, and gages show some in tanks. Turns out Salim figures out we are out of propane after we called him about no heat thinking furnace related. Gage was frozen at 80 percent.Salim took call and within half hour was here to assist us in problem solving. And we were refunded the service call from our propane supplier.Salim was very concern for us not having heat on a very cold day. I had a great experience getting a new outdoor gas hookup installed for a BBQ. Selim was very prompt with communication, accommodating, and did excellent work.

Contacted Draft Control initially to clean, inspect and repair our older gas furnace. Before the appointment day, our gas fireplace malfunctioned. I contacted Selim to advise and he agreed to look at that for us as well. Selim arrived as scheduled. Diagnosed issue with the fireplace and ordered replacement part. A few days later he returned, replaced the faulty part and our fireplace is working well again.Based on the age of the old furnace (16+ years) and the repair it would require, we decided to have Draft Control install a new gas furnace. Selim provided us with a quote for a new Trane high efficiency model.The install crew did a great job for us. They were knowledgeable, friendly and respectful. They also took the time to answer our questions. We appreciated that they cleaned up the work area and did not leave a mess behind.We will contact Selim for all our future HVAC needs.

Excellent Service! Draft Control came out the same night (8pm) we called & temporarily fixed our AC until our new motor arrived. It came in & was installed a couple days later! Highly recommend!
