Not terrible. Not great. Main issue being a lack of attention to detail.

We had a significant water leak in our patio home. The insurance company sent RRR to assess the damages. After a detailed inspection they set about the restoration process which involved removal of the flooring, baseboards, as well as relocation of furniture & appliances. Numerous high output fans and dehumidifier units were put in place on the main floor and crawl space. The drying process was monitored continually and we were kept apprised of progress. Crews followed to remove all the flooring and baseboards. After a third party installed the flooring RRR returned to paint and replace the baseboards as well as carry out any other necessary repairs before returning the furniture and appliances. We found Jake and his crew to be courteous, accommodating, and, above all, competent. We were kept in touch as the process continued by various representatives and disruption to our daily routine was minimized. Based on this experience, we would not hesitate to recommend RRR.
