Brushcuts Pet Grooming

Brushcuts is been the only groomer we ve used in the 3 years I've owned my dog and I wouldn't go else where . Kelly is got a one of kind approach with dogs , my dog came to her just after being adopted ( 3 months old) for his 1st trim and had since fallen for Kelly and loves going to get his spa day . Would highly recommend brushcuts for all your groomer needs .

Kelly is amazing. She pampered my previous dog-Murphy. Murphy has since passed away. Kelly was there for me. Some time later, I found a shelter dog..that rescued me. Kelly has since pampered Bailey at her new establishment. Murphy loved going to his spa day at Kelly's. Bailey now enjoys the same. This is the best pet grooming/spa that I know of. Incredible work. 100% will be back. My Shih Tzu normally doesn’t adapt well to change but he was made to feel at ease his first time here. He was groomed amazingly and I cannot say enough good things.

Kelly is easily the BEST Dog Groomer in Cambridge! She is so personable and friendly, she has now became a great family friend of ours. I now live in Woodstock but still make the trip to Cambridge because Kelly is so amazing with my dogs.

Called to inquire about a rate to get my cat groomed to stop his bathroom procedures from getting caught in his fur. He’s just a kitten, so the rest of his fur hasn’t gotten crazy yet, he literally just needed a butt trim to prevent from getting UTI’s. Kelly didn’t answer the first time. When she called back, she was short and rude, and stated that she “does the whole cat or nothing at all” and that “you’d be hard pressed to find a groomer who does”.FYI the very next groomer we called laughed at her. Yes, they could accommodate that. Very common, apparently. Surprise surprise.If this is how she treats fur parents, I will not be bringing my fur baby anywhere near her.

The groomer was very helpful, and flexable with getting my cat Sam groomed. Sam looked amazing when she came home today. She gave her a lion cut, and it took less then an hour.They were fair priced. Overall I would 100% come back, she did an amazing job and I was so happy I found them!

Kelly has been grooming our dogs now for about 3 years we have 3 of them. She is amazing with them welcomes them like they are her own. When I drop them off I never have to worry what kind of care they are getting. Always amazing. Now for the grooming the best haircut in town. They always look great. Little things like they have never had razor burn or scratching because of the shampoo. No complaints what so ever. Kelly is truly a genuine person who really cares about what she does and it shows. I have been taking my pets to Kelly for over 20 years! She has perfected her craft and I could not imagine taking my dog to any other place. Kelly is professional but so down to earth and you can tell she loves her work. Every time my dog gets groomed she looks like she's ready to compete in a dog show! I have been taking my dog to Kelly for every grooming appointment for the last 13 years and I can say she is amazing at what she does. You can tell she loves her job and takes time to make sure her clients are comfortable. Recently I took another dog to Kelly who was in desperate need of grooming and was very nervous about the process. She took time and care to make him feel at ease and now he looks great and is so happy. Theo (my dog) and I are so happy to have found Kelly!!
