Cannot recommend King Transmissions enough. Last week my car literally died as I pulled into their lot and they had to push it into the garage.... Karen at the front desk, Rick the service manager, and all the other mechanics in the shop were so kind to me when I was crying in their waiting room! They explained what was wrong and what they could do to try to narrow down my issue. They had my car ready to go in a couple days and were such lovely people to deal with!

Absolutely amazing customer service! You walk in and are very promptly greeted by the lovely Karen who even offered to drive me to work herself after I had dropped off my vehicle even though they were busy that day. Then I was introduced to Rick my service advisor, so knowledgeable and professional . He took the time out of his busy day to let me know exactly what was wrong with my vehicle, called me to keep me updated and explained absolutely  everything in detail so I was fully informed. He advised me of what was covered by warranty and what was not. The portion that was not covered under warranty was to be covered by the dealership I had purchased the vehicle from. Since day one I had problems with this car, I noticed within minutes of driving it that the transmission was slipping and a few days later the exhaust had broken. I brought the car in to Speedy Auto where they fixed my exhaust and referred me to Kings Transmission to get a diagnostic done. Ultimately the torque converter was shot which meant I needed the transmission replaced. The order was placed and I brought my car back in a week later. The work didn't take as long as I had expected at all which was another plus. I had researched kings transmission before hand and they came  highly recommended by anyone that had dealt with them in the past. These are hard working, honest people and in my opinion deserve very high praise for the way they treated me and for the way they handled themselves when the dealership was not too pleased with their portion of the bill, which was absolutely no fault of their own, it was a warranty matter. Kings Transmission was given a bad review on Google because of this and in no way shape or form should have their long standing reputation tarnished because of it. I think all other 5 star reviews speak for themselves. I also wanted to add that they took off 1.5 hrs of labor and paid out of pocket for it themselves to help.

Awsome got transfer case installed along with breaks and my car is smooth and sounds and drives better than it ever did. And they where pretty good with the time frame they had my vehicle fixed. Politely served very nice crew. I definitely recommend king transmission. And thanks to the mechanic rick.

Called for a quote and the lady on the phone was very rude and ignorant and I will not be coming here for service. Pretty sad she pushes people away when they're asking for a quote.

I had an appointment for transmission work. Was booked three weeks away. Called to ask about a part I was told I needed by another mechanic to see about ordering it in advance to be prepared. The woman I spoke to (the only person I had any correspondence with) was so rude and accused me of booking with someone else for that day and no showing. I called back again to cancel my appointment all together. I wouldn’t book there in the future or recommend.

A great experience with King Transmission, they called me with updates on my vehicle. They fixed the problem and told me about things I will need done in the future. Thanks for being upfront. I appreciate your solid business.

Excellent experience. I had no appointment and serious transmission issues Monday morning. Good clear conversation with advisor with accurate estimate. I found the people friendly, very knowledgeable and prepared. I was back on the road on Wed with no surprises and my car is working perfectly. I highly recommend this King Transmission.

Great experience here today. Rick looked over my vehicle after I brought it in for what I thought was a transmission leak. He told me it was my engine leaking oil and not the transmission. I decided to delay the repair as it was necessary at this time. He didn’t charge me for looking over and diagnosing my vehicle- running codes and checking transmission fluid! This shop has integrity, he could have told me it was a number of things and I wouldn’t have known any better. Highly recommend and I will be going back.
