Was in the market for standard concrete blocks and also some solid 16x8x4's blocks so called up JV and the lady who took my order, Melissa i believe was super friendly and accommodating. I was able to put in the order and pick up the same afternoon. Prices super competitive and efficient, friendly service. Definitely recommend!

Poor customer service. I called them to get a quote for Arriscraft as they are preferred distributer. I called couple of times and probably spoke to owner Chris, but I never received a follow up to get a price. I called few times and was promised a call back but did not hear back from them. Too bad for Arriscraft. I have to go with another manufacturer.
