Yale City Dry Cleaner

I don't recommend this place. Had my suit dry-cleaned and it looks like they didn't even touch the spot of easy to remove residue on the sleeve. The guy said I should use a tooth brush myself to try and remove it. What did I pay for, just a quick press? I could have done that myself!

I have been using their dry cleaning service and they are great! Usually am fussy with dropping off clothes to dry cleaners and only bring in the stuff I can’t do at home. They are always good to me and surpass my expectations as I bring in a lot of delicate clothing for my self and my wife. Keep up the good work!

I took my 5 years old wool coat for dry cleaning and I received it shrunken with very wrinkled lining. I have taken it to the different dry cleaners over the years in the beginning of winter and always received it back in a good condition, not this time unfortunately. I think they washed the coat that I loved very much instead of dry cleaning.

Consistent good quality service. This is a business that really cares about its customers and goes above and beyond to make them happy. Highly recommended!

Do not leave clothing with stains here because the shop assistant does not make questions about how was produced the stain in your item, so practically impossible for the company who really does the job to know which chemicals have to use to remove the stain. And when you go to pick up the piece, they do not allow you to see first. They JUST want the money. Really, a very poor service. I worked in this industry before in London and now I can see the excellent service that my boss was providing to their clients as charging the minimum if the stain does not go away or to call the client and ask how they want them to proceed if the stain does not go away, etc. In sum up, the assistant shop guy do not show any interest to do a good job.

Called asking if they could clean and press a men’s button up shirt within 24 hours for a wedding I am attending. I was hesitant since I am from out of town and couldn’t afford a delay with a wedding the next morning (wrinkled shirt is better than no shirt!). The guy (sorry, forget his name) was super helpful, communicative, and assured me they could get it done.The shirt looks great, ready on time, and a good price to boot. No problems.I went to this place over some nearer locations to my Airbnb bc it had better reviews for service and quality, it did not disappoint. Highly recommend.
