I have been purchasing a variety of consumables from ART for over a decade, and I don't have any plans to change. Their professional staff is at the ready 24/7, which I, and my customers really appreciate. Their quick turnaround time with packing and gaskets is second-to-none! Their pricing is always in the ballpark of others. If it is slightly higher, the extra is well worth the customer service and depth of knowledge they have to offer.Once, my customer was in a bind and called me at 6PM. I called my ART contact, and (5) hours later, the gaskets I needed were cut and shipped from their Alberta facility to my customer. I wish I could give a minus. The receptionist hung up the call on me and did not even listen to my query. I did not hear the name clearly but sounded like Shannon or Sharon. Such a bad attitude the front person is carrying.

Because of Mr. Todd Sergeant's bad attitude our company in Alberta will never use this company again.
