Horrible customer service the shirlanka man on night shift he don’t greet customers and don’t talk at all and that’s so rude I will never come here again .

I bought an ice cream and it tastes horrible so I try to explain for who works there his name aditya he said you can't change it or refund he was so rude. I blame shell coz they hire who's not educated or qualified for this job.The worse that I did report him for shell but they ignored me.Don't delete the post.

They removed 89% gas. They have the highest octane gas available on the market

To whom it may concern,October 26, 2022 at the Shell gas station Mississauga (3055 Dundas St W, Mississauga, ON L5L 5V7) I had very bad experience with your employees. At this station there are approximately 17 or 18 pumps located. Except first row at the car wash side, all of them pre-pay only. Therefore, I choose exactly the not pre-pay only ones. After several attempt finally some one from the diaphone told me that, these pumps are prepaid only too. Then I told them, there is no written sign out there. (couldn’t buy any the gas)After this I went inside the shop and ask them how it is possible, because this is happening second time. (Last week and today) I told them, as a customer I can choose how to pay my purchase method, as long as there is nothing against it.In this case as long as nothing written or indicates for pre-pay I should be able to pay, how I wish to pay. (For example, by cash). They made all the pumps pre-pay only and some of them without indicator.Firstly, I talk with these employees and told them, in this case I have no other choice than credit card which is I don’t prefer. They said that if I don’t like it don’t buy it. What kind of service mentality is that…Secondly, I ask their names because I would like to write an official complaint letter to customer service, and of course they refuse that. Their name tags were Sonia (female one) and Runel (Male one). This event happened around 17:30 – 17:40 I am sure you may find them from daily shift lists easily.Thirdly, I believe that there must be at least one or two pumps for not prepaid only, because customers have right to choose. As indicated there, not prepaid ones must be not prepaid.Finally, I believe that these employees shouldn’t represents shell company because they are too rude and too lazy to work as cashier. As a customer I can say that, this is against to my customer rights and we have right to choose our payment method.PS: One star just for be able to post my comment, not for the service.RegardsMurat Oezkan

I too experienced whole store smelled like B.O. I was wearing a mask and still smelt very bad.

This Shell station is conveniently located at the Dundas and Laird road near Costco. It's a larger facility with a car wash and a convenient store. The best time to fill the gas is after 3;00 PM as they lowered the price. Today, it was six cents cheaper than others.

Car wash was ok, guide rail is pretty high and narrow so be careful if you have wide tires.Customer service was great, Ms.Danish in particular. She was super friendly, polite and courteous during her interactions with myself and other customers.

This location is horrible! First off nobody speaks english, and I have counted numerous times where employees are talking in Punjabi talking bad about the customers. So unprofessional. These employees also have no knowledge on what they are doing and what they are talking about. They know nothing about brands or anything. That manager with the broken wrist who works in the morning and the person who works at night named THAVA needs to be TERMINATED. I cannot BELIEVE the way their allowed to talk to customers. Rolling eyes, throwing a fit when a customer comes in unbelievable. Will never return to this location again. I have videos on how I was treated and will be sharing them on the internet. Stay far far far away.

Be careful when you buy the car wash here,They are not honest and they don't tell you the truth. The amount of car washes you should get is 7 and they told me buy 5 times car washes we and said I would get 2 free additional car washes when I download the app. I downloaded the app after, but I only got 1 free car wash, and I only used 4 car washes and then the app expired and the 2 car washes was gone. I went to this location to ask the refund, they could not do anything, and they did not say 7 times, they are lying.

Just left after the employee there called me I m stupid in a very unprofessional way of treating customers... the car wash was broken ( he admitted it himself at the end of our argument) I have him on video .very disappointed from the way I was treated there for nothing I did wrong.I ll email shell headoffice too wz the receipts and the camera videos.Try to avoid this place
