James is an amazing inspector. He did a very thorough job covering everything that was promised. He was courteous and professional. James had everything he needed to do the inspection and definitely didn't leave anything out. He gave me time to ask questions and provided appropriate high level responses in a way that I could understand. I was extremely satisfied and would highly recommend this company.

This is my 4th or 5th time I’ve used James Porteous for a home inspection amongst other services. He is fantastic. He is always on time, he goes above and beyond when something needs to be rushed, he’s professional, thorough, knowledgeable and knows his repeat clients.
