A police officer forced me to use abrams towing . I wanted to use another towing company .They charged 3x more than quoted . I believe the police receive money when they arrange your towing . The policeman first strongly suggested , then said I have no choice when I refused.

No one want to help. Bought a car thru Auction, went to pick up needed boost to start the car no one want to help. Asked everyone but no help finally another person picking up a car helped.

This place is charging way too much..I had my car towed and the driver took it there to their pound. My insurance said just give them our details we will deal with it but they made me pay 900 $ for storage and towing..which did not make any sense

I am so grateful to Abrams towing for the excellent service I received in towing my vehicle. Yousef, our tow driver went above and beyond to provide kind and considerate help, professional service and gentle reassurance following a rather dangerous and scarey incident. I know he had a long drive afterwards too and I can only say that I am so thankful for such an amazing experience!

Called for tow truck and got the flat rate of something 274 + tax. Guy otp said tow truck will be in for an hour and 45 but the truck ended up coming to me in 2 and half hours. My driver was very nice but the cab he’s driving in needs some cleaning. Other than that great service but would’ve been better if the person otp with me mentioned that theirs more fees on top of the flat rate, especially for first time tow truck users like I am getting surprise for the $496 bill I got. I’d say for the tow quality and customer service 9/10 and would recommend. But if your smart get CAA as it’s cheaper.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. Just call CAA and sign up for $75 dollars. Your tow will be covered and you will have CAA coverage for the year. Abrams Towing charged me a $50 fuel surcharge to tow my vehicle 4 kilometres. The total for the 4 kilometre tow was $250. They didn’t disclose this on the phone and when I called they said I was SOL. Apparently a manager was going to call me. It’s been a month. No call. DO NOT USE.

Stay away from these crooks. They will charge you $200 an hour on top of the set fees allowed and also charge you for the time to get to you at $200 an hour and they are not honest about the amount of time they say it took.

Amazing experience tonight with Abrams Towing. Car was stuck in a dangerous spot on the 401, and with help from MTO and the driver from Abrams Towing, they moved quick and efficiently to help get me off the highway.Driver had a lot of experience, and was very comforting in this stressful time... Also gave us a tip, that since we had CAA, and CAA could not get to us, they would still cover the service fee.
