Taco Boyz Stratford

Ordered on DoorDash, received not even 1/4 of the order. We ordered two bowls and two burritos and received one burrito and a plate of empty chips. Called to get it fixed and the person working was extremely rude and refused to fix the order and was confrontational — we just wanted the food and they were really rude and wouldn’t do anything to fix it, yelled at us and hung up on us. So we essentially threw away $70 because they refuse to give the food or any refund, and are not interested in customer service. Really disappointed because we order from Taco Boyz a lot and this was the worst customer service I’ve ever had and will not be ordering from here ever again.

I have never felt so ripped off. Spent a fair amount of money considering there were only 2 of us and they meals were pathetic to the point I could count the number 9f piece of meat in my burrito...... certainly won't be going there unless management changes along with the crazy attitude we go when we were there

I wasn't a fan, then was, not again. Went in to order food, took almost a half hour (ordered as soon as I entered) because they had so many call in orders going they kept pushing back the customers in the stores, orders. The call in orders were also waiting a long time.They were definitely not limiting capacity (I think it's supposed to be 50% capacity, but there were easily 30+ people crammed into this little store.There was a used napkin on the counter where you pay.After awhile all burritos start to taste the same.Also could people stop calling this chain authentic Mexican?

It's been a while since my last visit to taco Boyz.Most times went to the original location. Used to go often but after today I might not go back. Today's burrito bowl was pathetic, about 1/2 as much food as the original and the staff not the least bit friendly. Feeling ripped off. I don't usually write reviews but had to for this disappointment.

Missed 3/5 of our order and when we called to attempt to rectify the situation, the employee was extremely rude and abrasive. He did not even attempt to fill the correct order and we will never order from here again.

Food is good but tacos are put together very messy. May as well just throw all the ingredients randomly in a container because that's pretty much the way the tacos come..burritos are great though

I was ripped off when I ordered something that was part of a deal, then the clerk was being rude to me and told me to hurry up on my order. On top of that they don't even serve fresh ingredients in their tacos

First time there and it looks like I will be back . Enjoy the food and great staff for helping this first timer .

After a long day at school I end my night off with a final class that spans from 6-9pm, which is right in the way of supper. Instead of eating before hand I decide to have taco boyz after I finish up thinking it’ll be a nice treat and save me time and energy instead of cooking myself. I order my food then pay at the register and walk out with my box of 3 tacos. Unbeknownst to me, in the split second the box passes from my line of sight the employee swaps it with the gentleman who ordered before me. Normally I would understand a mistake like this if it were a busy day with a multitude of customers swarming the doors…HOWEVER, it was only the aforementioned gentleman and myself in the restaurant at this time. I drove home with this box in my vehicle assuming it was the correct order as I had just watched the employee create it. I love the food they make, but the pure lack of attention to the situation is what grinds me to do this. On top of this incredibly ridiculous display of ignorance, the last time I visited the same establishment they were completely out of hard taco shells at 6pm. Mind you this is a restaurant that has taco in its name. Because of this I have to waste my money on food that I didn’t order, my time on dealing with the situation, and my time in writing this review in hopes that someone will save themselves the desperately poor scenario I was put in tonight.
