Great service, but be ready to be yelled at by the receptionist if you're not ready. She doesn't have time for your problems.Everyone was amazing and they took care of me extremely quickly!

Visited the location for blood work on June 30, 2022. The service was prompt, courteous and most importantly the attending nurse displayed such finesse in her technique that I had to instantaneously acknowledge her high level of professionalim as 'superb', an accolade that was certainly well deserved. Only on two occasions in my 71 years I have experienced such level of finesse in samole collection technique. Thanks again,

Took our terrified son for bloodwork today and the staff was phenominal. They found a vein right away and had him up and out the door playing minecraft in minutes flat. So thankful for the great experience, I was so stressed!

The ladies working here have always been friendly and helpful. The wait is very minimal every time I have gone in for a walk in. I have had to call in a few times, and my call is always answered. Gina is the best! She is so compassionate and gentle. Always makes great conversation and makes the visit feel very comfortable.

If you're thinking of going to LifeLabs, DON'T! Come here instead. No appointment needed, I was in and out in less than 10 minutes! The service was very helpful and super fast! I will never go to LifeLabs after experiencing the amazing service at Dynacare! So impressed!

I like the new space. There isvso much more room and possibilities in comparison to the old space. The waiting area is adequate for now but I wonder it it will be able accommodate big increases in numbers. I would have been happier with taller screens for the cubicles where the bloodwork is done. This would further enhance privacy.I loved the screen showing the wait times. Also loved the health videos shown during the wait.I would give the customer service just a pass. They need to be more welcoming. More training needed in this area.
