Called these guys at 1045 am to see if they could do a four tire swap for me asap, truck was in the shop by 11:20 with no appointment. The manager sure knew his stuff and the shop morale seemed very good. Will definitely be back when I need new rubber. Thanks guys !

Very happy with my new tires, and the alignment I received has been excellent. On top of that, I was told to come back within 30 days for an alignment check or if I wasn’t happy with how it was driving.While they worked on my truck I witnessed great customer service with everyone that came through the door. I have been to several Kal Tires over the years and this one really stands out. I will be back! Seems like a great team and a really positive work environment at this location, which was nice to see.Keep up the great work.

No sure the techs know what they are doing here. I watched from the window as the tech had an extremely tough time figuring out how to get my spare tire down from my truck (2019, f150 raptor). An hour went by and he still couldn’t figure it out. Finally another tech came by and showed him. Once it was all completed and I paid for my bill he handed me the lock for the jack hole and stated “here I couldn’t get it back on”Once I got to my truck all my jack equipment was scattered all over the floor in my truck. I took my truck to a dealer the next day to be properly repaired.

As a woman who doesn’t know a whole lot about cars, I can’t recommend Misti and the team at the 42 Ave location enough!!She was incredibly professional and kind, and super helpful in the purchase of new tires!It was truly such a nice experience to take my car in for new tires and not be talked into buying something I didn’t need..Thank you Misti (& and team!)Can every Kal Tire have a Misti!?K thanks!

They quoted me $749 (without alignment) for 4 Sumitomo tires include taxes and installation on May 05. After 2 business day i decided to buy and install tires but they said sorry, they checked wrong version stocks and newer version quoted almost $200 more totally. I asked them to buy for cheaper price but they only politely say sorry for mistake. If you need friendly and polite staff choose Kal Tire but if you need serious and customer cares and focus company just keep far from them. Because of their mistake i loose money and time! Under quotation its written “the quotation is valid only at the Kal Tire location listed and for 5 business days from the date of issuance…” This is just simple note which they not follow or apply for customers!

The staff here are friendly and efficient. I came here for my winter tire purchase & change and was quite happy with it. They also offer good advice on alternative options to what you may have been researching.One thing that could be done better was the balancing of the tire pressures. Though the invoice stated that the pressures were adjusted to the manufacturer specifications, each of my tires was about 3 psi off from each other so it'll be important to check after your service.
