Shelvin really did a good job with my denture. He was really patient and gave me the right information about my options. He also offers a great service after purchase. His assistant Melissa is also very flexible and offer a great service with a smile.

High praise from me for Shalvin and Lucy as I went through the process of getting a full upper denture. They made the transition easy , from the stage where I had a wobbly partial and some problematic permanent teeth to a snug, bright, painless and confidence building set of nice upper teeth. A perfect experience for the second time. It seems impossible to have dentures fit absolutely perfectly the first time. I received my new upper dentures and left the country two days later for a vacation, a bit concerned about potential small problems that usually develop with new dentures. No worries there. They fit perfectly (just like the bottom dentures did a couple years earlier) and I have had zero problems. Shalvin is an artist. And Lucy up front is so welcoming and helpful. Highly recommended. Five stars all around.

Shalvin and his team are an absolute pleasure to deal with. I am very happy with both the final product, and the process. I would gladly recommend the Bow Valley Denture Centre to anyone needing the services they offer. I found the office to be clean and very professional but the attitude was relaxing and comfortable. I especially appreciated their efforts to accommodate my demanding work schedule and the fact they follow-up to ensure I was happy speaks to their demonstrated commitment to customer service!

I had an excellent experience at the clinic. I got a partial denture done with Shalvin and the service was exceptional. Shalvin was very thorough and detailed in explaining all the possible treatments. He was also really good at explaining how to take care of my denture and the next steps. The denture looks and feels great!!
