Aquarino

After ONLY 3 years of utilization a jet cracked in my pool. The warranty is one year; we all know that. But who has a jet cracked after such a short period of time? Aquarino will not do anything about it; as they are quick to say, the warranty is over! It is unfortunate that in todays' world, the consumer is left with no recourse but to pay and pay and pay. Writing this review is the only relief.

Aquarino gave us an Excellent service .They have a great installation Team .We are very pleased with our pool ,and would highly recommend Aquarino. Great Product

Mike Amaral promised me a pool at the beginning of the 2021 summer season and he made good on his promise.I had no choice but to put in a fiberglass pool and it's much nicer than I could have imagined. The excavation team was amazing and the electrician was even more amazing.The pool is easy to use and very, very beautiful.Mike Amaral lined up a team of super professional guys and the work was done on top and perfectly. Thanks also to Rinox for the pavers.I highly recommend this team if you want to put an inground pool. They do the whole job from A-Z.

Pool installation was completed only this spring, the full payment was made in the summer of 2021. The pool was installed with the faulty heat pump. The heat pump was replaced in the summer of 2022. It is fall now, and the heat pump is not working. Contacted sales rep about 3 weeks ago, and submitted a claim last Sunday, still no response. The most frustrating experience ever, customer support don’t give any contacts to complain about service.Impossible to reach anyone, I feel like I am in a vacuum.

Excellent service throughout the purchase process from the moment we signed till the moment it was installed. They were always available to take our calls and answer our questions. The team at Aquarino was amazing and so was their sub contractor BB landscaping. A special mention - if you will be lucky enough to work with Mike Amaral as your sales rep what can I say - a class act! We decided to go with a fibreglass pool as we liked the idea of quick installation plus durability (25 year warranty). We dealt with Mike Amaral of Aquarino who was easy to get a hold of & timely in his response. He gave us clear instructions on what to expect, a timeline of when things would get done, and was happy to follow up if something was delayed. Thus far, we love our pool! We haven’t finished landscaping our backyard yet but as soon as we’re done I’ll post a picture. We hope we have no problems winterizing it and look forward to many years of swimming!

Aquarino provided a pool that became discolored quickly. After trouble shooting and working with the customer we decided it needed a new finish. Aquarino came out quickly at this point and put their eco-finish on. The finish looks great and hopefully lasts a really long time. Thanks to Max and his team for taking care of this!!

We purchased the pool late in 2019 and it has been installed at the end of the season.Quite satisfied with the final product and the main advantages of doing business with them vs others is that you get a much much nicer patio then something in concrete for an affordable price. I prefer fiberglass pools has they're now proven better then concrete if well installed and maintained.I'm also writing the review today in September 2021 because i had an issue with the Hayward pump and they were kind enough to look after us within about a week's notice which I find very acceptable considering this is their prime time of the season. My experience was prompt because i used the form on their website, a follow-up email, explained my issue and my expectation of a fair resolution. It was resolved like a breeze! Thanks guys!If longevity is a concern for you...they may be a younger pool company but I'm sure they'll still be around for many many years because it's backed by a huge paving stone business which has such a good synergy with pools.

I can’t say enough good things about Aquarino! Not three months after having our pool installed, the Pacific Blue color we chose started turning white and fading. After confirming that it was an issue with the gelcoat, Aquarino provided us with a great solution and excellent customer service. Max and his crew were wonderful! They refinished the pool with a better, more durable product, guaranteed to never fade or scratch. They were able to closely match our original color and the quality of their work was excellent! We are very happy with the new finish of our pool. Thank you Aquarino, Corey, Max and crew for providing exceptional customer service and standing behind your product. I highly recommend Aquarino!
