It was a pleasure dealing with Charlie and his team. They assisted me through the entire process and provided excellent service. I would recommended them to my family and friends looking for any insurance services!

Unprofessional and rude behaviour with customers as they say customers need us, we do not!

Their show very unprofessional and rude behaviour with customers.Specially director of agency who says that it doesn’t make any difference to us if customers go away.Never reffering these guys to anyone.

These people do not know about customer satisfaction. How they can behave so unprofessionally and rudely with customers if they want to do survive in business?They say they do not care if they are losing customers.

I was with Mr. Charlie Singh for 5 years from we first purchased our house, we had the co operators, due to resiging there was some concerns, that came up and they could no longer assist us. I was frustrated, anger and upset. I did a bad review. A year has past and we were starting all over again looking for home insurance, None that we found was offering a good price, my husband suggested that we call back the co operators. Thank God I did. I talked with Jassi who I remember from previous interactions he was Great, He also remembered me as a client. He was pleasant, Kind, and did not make me feel bad for leaving he welcomed us back with open arms (joke)He made us feel not just like a client but like family. I will recommend them to anyone..Thanks JassiWadiya F...

The staff at this location are phenomenal. I had questions regarding my policy and they were quick to assist. Great service!

Their Service is extremely poor , Unprofessional ,untrained and Staff they have are very rude. Specially there is one untrained employee Sangeeta "

Never answer my any of questions... Always tell me that call you back with solution but they never call me back and never answer my question Whenever I call them regarding my policy. Better to call other co-operators agents, not here.

This guys don't deserve even a single star. Very rude behaviour with customers.

Very bad experience. Charlie was so rude on the phone, wouldn’t listen to what I was saying and constantly cut me off. When I asked for more details, he just refused to provide those. It was so bad that I had to request to talk to someone else in his office since I needed those details. Save your money and sanity, there are tons of insurance agents out there.
