My roommate who is a regular customer at meticulous refered me to this establishment. I needed my strapped fixed. Seth the employee working at the time looked at my item and gave me a brand new strap for my watch at a amazing price. She went above and beyond for me making a call to get me a new strap and I am thrilled at the service and the product I received while in her care. Was in and out in a timely fashion with a product I am extremely satisfied with. Will be a returning customer for sure. Thank you Seth amazing service. Love this little watch shop-truly feels like stepping back in time (“pun”ny!) when you walk in.It’s neat watching the watch craft as they worked on the three watches I brought in, giving each care whether it was the $20 Cracker Box watch or the fancy Rolex.Highly recommend for the experience as much as the quality repair.
