Great experience with Green Coast Kayaking on 8 day kayaking trip. Food was fantastic, the guides were educational and provided an excellent experience. Would highly recommend!

Disappointing guided multi-day trip to Gwaii Haanas. We have been on several other multi-day guided trips and unfortunately Green Coast did not live up to expectations.Poorly executed days (full afternoons and mornings waiting at camp, rushing through location highlights...), repetitive dehydrated meals poorly portioned with limited veggies, guides were friendly and supportive but unfamiliar with the area, gear recycled from trip to trip without proper wash (guests wiped down boat at end of trip, spray shirts and life vest hung to air without rinse between back to back trip, feels very unhygienic)... attention to detail simply not there (mismatch of properly sized life vests to guest size because gear just left in the park from group to group, guests encouraged to get fishing licences but never provided an opportunity to fish despite expressed intentions...)Gwaii Haanas is beautiful with spectacular scenery and the remoteness of the park unparalleled. While we would love to return, we will not be booking with Green Coast again or recommending it to friends given our experience. There is so much potential to make small changes and improve, however given that no feedback is solicited from guests, we suspect the same disappointments will persist.

I can't paddle due to a battered shoulder. Kelly took me out in a double kayak and provided snacks! Thanks for a wonderful experience.

Had an incredible experience doing an 8 day kayaking tour with Green Coast. Staff are incredibly knoledgeable, relaxed and friendly. They were the perfect guides for a rookie kayaker such as myself.

I’ve just come back from an 8-day trip with GCK & its was fabulous! Bryce, Devjeet & Siarra showed us a wonderful time & I was very impressed with their professionalism, friendliness, knowledge, experience, safety consciousness, cultural consciousness & environmental consciousness. I was also impressed with the quality & newness of their kayaks & equipment. I will definitely go on another trip with GCK in the future!

Long overdue review!! If you’re looking to check out the Qwaii Haanas National park by kayak you should definitely go with Green Coast. We had the fortunate luck to run into a guided trip during our solo trip - Bryce and Jeremy are lovely people and they will make sure you have an adventure to remember. It is a spectacular place to explore!

Went on an eight-day guided kayak trip of southern Gwaii Haanas, including a visit to the spectacular Sgaag Gwaay. Our guides went above and beyond: meals were amazing, unpredictable weather was handled with grace and transparency, and we felt so grateful for the opportunity to immerse ourselves in the beauty of Gwaii Haanas. We can’t wait to go back to do all their kayak routes.
