Bunch of scammers, once you hand over the cheque and take your trailer their service is non existent, they blame you for the problem and won't take responsibility for their mess up. Like I said once they have your money you're on your own, I would never recommend this company to anyone. BUY BEWARE!!!!

Worst experience ever went to adjust trailer brakes due to sticking they recomended changing bearings so I did they didn't do a proper job picked up trailer drove less than 50 km trailer bearing over heated spit grease out paid more than 800 dollars and still stuck with broken trailer. Called them they said they would refund some of the money then the owner called back and said no refund and was rude on the phone. If u r concerned about safety and proper function of your trailer don't go here these guys are thief's.

Horrible and terrible costumer serviceWhen I got there J&J trailer I ask one of employees there if they can fix my trailer and they were not sure what they doing cannot give me a properly estimate how much will it cost and they keep adding random labour and part and they told me it going be very expensive to fix so I pay my for Diagnost fee and they stilll charge me for random repair what I not ask for and when I bought my trailer there I ask for Specific what I want to get done they miss lead me to something else I waiting for 8 days that something could it done for 2-3 days max and when I go back my trailer the owner was very rude saying we did not touch nothing about my brake cause the weather make my braking not work at all so I have pay extra when I just got it safety not along ago I ask to replace my solenoid they mess up somewhere in the wire area they just want to get money from you all scammer they not professional at all and confidence to do they job make sure don’t get scam specially Scarborough location all they care about your money it was bad decision but I learn from my mistake not to take it there anymoreLook where the part they fix still scratch the paint that they fix not adjusting at all waste of money

Exceptional customer service and the owner is super helpful and nice

Spoke with them about electric trailer brakes told them I had 5x5 bolt pattern 3 times to confirm they had stock . They said yes, so I went to pick up, they did not know what 5” by bolt pattern was. Big waste of time. They wanted to sell me all new rims and change to different brakes. Very disappointed. They don’t listen want sell . I asked for 3500 lb axle electric brake assembly complete with drums with 5 on 5 bolt pattern. I know what I wanted, but you even said they were from a car, so I just went to place that knew what they were doing and listen to customers needs

Stay away from JJ trailer!!! We bought two dump trailers from JJ trailer, they told us it came with one year warranty. The first trailer’s pump broke within one year, they still charge us for the cost. The second trailer’s wheel came off after 3 months , the parts broken. And we still need to pay for it. If u want to buy a trailer from JJ. Think about it twice. The service is poor, the quality of trailer is poor. If I can, I wish I can give them no star

Have been having a great customer service from Mina. He is very knowledgable and customized us a trailer fit all our needs. Very professional workmanship.

Disappointed to repair my enclosed trailer from JJ. For leaf spring repair was fine, but inside my trailer have a piece of thin wood fall down, that guy made many holes in, but was not fix the piece of wood, some screws through the trailer outside. Try to show some pics but can not attached.

I saw and repaired the welds on one of there trailer and they are a desaster! Those trailers are not safe for the road and you should never buy one!
