Mitch has been a polite and pleasant employee to be associated with. He completes the job when promised or notifies you if there is a problem. Mitch also goes above and beyond his regular duties to be very helpful to us age challenged tenants. He is a pleasure to know.

Didn't end up renting, but the process of getting information about the building and units was extremely easy! If you're wondering who to contact, Anthony Troisi the Customer Care Coordinator was very helpful and will answer any of your questions!

My experience with the contact-less rentals at CLV group was a great one. My partner and I needed an apartment during the COVID pandemic and the team made the process very easy while ensuring our and their safety.

I met Mitch a few times, and he is honestly a wonderful landlord. I've been at this location for a few years now and he is always been very helpful. When ever work is needed at the apartment, he is there in no time to help out. Even with problems I've had outside of the apartment, he was always there to help out, he helped me take my car out a couple of times when it was stuck in the snow storms. I strongly recommend this place.

Mitch, our property manager at CLV's 3 East 37th St. building, has really helped make my move into the building seamless and he's done a great job with helping me settle in. Thank you Mitch for being so easy to reach by phone and text and for addressing even my minor concerns promptly and thoroughly. I really appreciate how hard you work to make our building a pleasant place to live and how friendly and courteous you are when we cross paths. I've rented in Ontario for over 20 years and have rarely seen this level of professionalism. Thanks CLV Group for having Mitch on your team!

As a longtime resident of Lakeview Apts. I have seen several of the custodial staff come and go, as well as the recent change brought on by new ownership. While the transition to new ownership has been relatively smooth, the addition of a new building maintenance worker named MITCH has been an extremely positive development. Mitch is dedicated to his work and maintains a safe and clean environment both in and around the building. In addition, Mitch is friendly, approachable, prompt to respond to requests and always polite, courteous, and willing to go the extra mile to ensure tenant satisfaction. I HIGHLY recommend Mitch's performance and believe that he is a valuable asset for your company and, as such, should be commended for his work and rewarded for his outstanding commitment to the tenants of Lakeview Apts.
