From beginning to end, the process was seamless. Owners and staff possessed excellent communication and provided me options before starting the job on my '07 GT Mustang. Very friendly family operation and accommodating. They genuinely care about the customer. The work is of the highest quality and careful attention to detail. KP Autobody is a rare gem! Most whole heartedly recommend without hesitation.

Just picked up my Fiat 500 from KP's this afternoon and I couldn't be happier! They did a fantastic job - it seriously looks like a brand new car. They also detailed the inside for no extra charge!!! The owner even came out to greet me when I got my car back and he was incredibly friendly. Couldn't recommend KP's more if you have a little oopsie on the road

I brought my Tiguan in to fix some aesthetic damage to the doors, some deep scratches and paint damage along both doors.The folks at KP's were awesome. They gave me an estimate on the spot (a much better price than multiple other quotes around the city). They then booked me in, they've a long waitlist (about a month) because they obviously do great work for a fair price.They gave me a complimentary loaner car while the work was done and when I came back to pick up the car it was like new. I forgot what side the scratches were on it looked so good.They also cleaned out my car and gave some paint touch-ups to the bumper which was complimentary. Really went the extra mile at every step.I'm really happy with KP's and will recommend them to everyone.

I had scraped my rear passenger door on a cement pillar and although the car was still fully driveable, I wanted to get it fixed. I did some research of local shops and after reading K P Auto's reviews, called to get an estimate. I was able to bring my car in right away and Kevin extensively went through the estimate with me, giving me lots of details and tips. After getting an estimate from a second shop, I decided to go with Kevin because he made such a great impression and was also able to do the work right away. They provided me with a courtesy car and the work was done in a week. I am THRILLED with the results, my car looks better than it did when I bought it. They painted some other small chips I had and did a thorough clean of the interior and exterior. Kevin is so nice, communicative, and does excellent work, he even came in an hour and a half early so I could make it to work on time with my repaired car. Highly highly recommend!

Wow! KP's Auto is the best. I scrambled to find an accredited ICBC auto shop as our parked 98 CRV was hit. Needless to say, it was unexpected and stressful. However, KP's Auto was a dream to deal with. I was extremely impressed right away as they got our car in, same day. It only took them two weeks for the work to be completed! I am blown away with how great my car looks, they went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect inside and out (they even did a great detail and wash in preparation of my pickup). I would recommend anyone to come to KP's Auto, they are trustworthy, fast and do an excellent job!

The service and the quality of care at KP’s is second to none. Louis and his team do amazing work, and the office staff are so friendly. This was our second time bringing a vehicle in, as we had such a great experience the first time. They were even kind enough to completely detail our vehicle, inside and out, afterwards. Would 100% recommend!

This family run business is highly recommended. They continue to do excellent body work and paint repair.The owners really care about your car and it shows with the finished work. The location is convenient and they complete the job when they say they will. Car detailing is great, too!

I’ve never reviewed a car related business before because I thought they were honestly all equally terrible; but then I brought my car to KP’s Auto Body Shop, and I learned that a car shop could be exceptional and stand out from the crowd. I got rear ended on the highway twice in two months, and while the experience with ICBC was horrendous, Kevin and Co. were unbelievable. They were generous, kind, and did an incredible job on my car. I can’t stress how thorough and skilled they are. I would never bring my car anywhere else. I can’t say enough good things about this business. I’d give 10 stars if I could.

They did an amazing job repairing my car door. The staff are very friendly and knowledgeable. They exceeded my expectations with their service. I had an upgrade done with sanitization done inside the car at no extra expense. It was truly a great experience without the hassle and amazing customer experience.

I just picked up my 18-month-old vehicle - dented door with deep scratches. The work is superb. There is no sign of any damage, no discoloration, no texture difference... Perfectly blended, including the door handle which was badly scratched and pitted. Kevin gave me a price that came in almost 30% lower than a competitor's quote, and the job was completed on time (only took 1 week) and at the exact agreed-upon price. I will definitely send business Kevin's way whenever I hear of someone looking for a recommendation.
