WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!!!!! When I tried to call them to let them know the pizza was not right the manager was absolutely rude and pretty much hung up on me, and lied, claiming every order is perfect and they never mess up, and he didn't wanna hear no complaints from any customers, worst location too don't order from here.

I had order vegetarian pizza and a medium pan pizza with ( olives and jalapeños) as you can see there are so many olives lined up on the side of the pizza. It did not taste good! It was too oily and the vegetarian pizza was soggy so I had to toss it out. As unfortunately as it was inedible. This particular location need to review the standards of Pizza Hut.Thank you

This might be the worst managed Pizza Hut I’ve ever been to in the world. Every time there is something wrong with the pizza, whether it’s the dough, the sauce, or the toppings…my advice is try another branch.

Pizza delivery was 45 minutes late!!!! It took 15 minutes for pizza hut call center to answer the phone to tell me why the pizza is late!Cheese filled crust is delicious.The pesto and chicken were less than satisfying.

I used to work at pizza hut back in the day, so I have a soft spot. I also know that standard that the pizza should be made. I wanted to give this location another try, and yet again another disappointment. The pizza was over cooked ans only had toppings in the middle, the chicken bites were under cooked and the breadsticka did not come with marinara. Overall, very disappointing. Pizza hut has gone way down hill or this location is just terrible.

I have ordered pizza from this location many times, they aren’t perfect but the closest pizza hut to my place. This time I decided to order an alfredo beyond pasta as well and it was bad. It was so bad that me and my family got food poisoning and were sick for multiple days. Never buying anything from this location again.

This store does not manage the staff. They are rude. When they need to clarify why they suddenly check all kinds of things when I presented the validation code I received after the survey. They can explain as if they speak to the customer. Instead the staff there treated me like a little kid with no respect. I do treat the kid with respect. We all do.I get the impression that they think they are doing a favor to the whole community by running the business. So that is why the store does not train the staff? I am not surprised if the owner of this store owns all the pizza hut stores in GTA and hires families and relatives and if that is why they do not care about the manners.I left the feedback in the Pizza Hut web portal and got calls directly from the store instead of the place like the head office. May be Pizza Hut does not have a place like a head office in Canada. I did not answer the calls to avoid giving any chance for them to rant about the feedback.I left another feedback in Pizza Hut web portal to express that I prefer the email to follow up with my first feedback. No more calls. No follow-up email.

Worst pizza shop I've ever been to. Period. Barely any cheese, probably 4 pepperonis on the entire large pizza. This store is breaking franchise rules and cutting down on the ingredients that are actually required to make a pizza. After not coming back for years due to having this same problem in the past, came back and it is exactly the same terrible quality as it was years ago with shady cost cutting and borderline illegal tactics. AVOID AT ALL COST!
