I received excellent service from Aaron and others at Cypress Auto Brokers. He was helpful, friendly, patient and courteous. I felt no pressure and I enjoyed the test drive and purchase process. I have confidence in the car that I purchased and am happy with its condition and the price that I paid.

We planned a 3 month road trip across Canada and the USA. A hire car was out of the question as they charge double if you don’t return the car to the point of hire, so we bought a car in Vancouver. I did this on the internet and Aaron was only too helpful. He guided me through the process and took my deposit on line. He then kept the car for me out the back for 6 weeks until we arrived in Canada. Not only that, Aaron drove to our accommodation on arrival and picked us up and took us back to the car yard. The car was waiting all nice and clean and exactly as described. The car gave us no trouble whatsoever our 13,500 klm journey. Aaron was a fantastic sales person and I would recommend him and his company to anyone wishing to buy a car.

We have purchased five vehicles from this dealership in the last four years. I have experience at other dealers where their doc fees are ridiculously high, and also charge for finance fee or fob fee (it is robbery, speaking about this from experience working in a dealership), but not these guys. They have been very nice, honest, accommodating, easy to deal with, and don't put any pressure. Their doc fee is very low compared to other dealers. Their vehicles are inspected and openly show you any records they have. It's rare to find good salesmen and dealership like this. Good luck on your purchase

I bought my vehicle last summer from Cypress. 2010 nissan rogue. I loved the car and after a test drive I new I wanted to buy it he allowed me to put a very small deposit (my decision) and come back to make the sale after I took time to think. He did throw in new tires from what I remember and negotiated what he could (the car was a great price already and recently had a $1000 price drop from what I remember). I will be completely honest in that I took the car to get a coolant flush and that led to some issue. There was a hole in the radiator, after taking it back to Aaron he asked I take it to his mechanic whom fixed it for me and they took the hit on that cost which I'm sure would have been included in the overall price of the vehicle if they had known there was an issue. The car also had started stalling at stop lights and the mechanic had suggested to clean the throttle plates which solved the issue and was a quick fix my partner competed in our drive way with few tools. This was an 11 year old car with 170,000 km on it so what can one expect? Anyway, its now been a year later and I had yet to bring my car to westcoast nissan to fix the airbag sensor that Aaron was going to fix before I bought it but I needed a car asap and was supposed to take it myself and never did. Well I walked in to Cypress to inquire and aaron made me an appointment for it right away; I know he didn't have to do it after all that time but he did, he stuck by his original word. The airbag is fixed now and it even fixed the hands free options on the steering wheel that had started to fail. If you want a used car try these guys first, they are not some hustlers, you can trust them. I was really worried about buying a used vehicle as I had saved really hard for that money and was a single mom, I was used to driving a 500$ car but it was time for something more reliable, I'm happy with my car and my experience with cypress. I use my car for work and it's been really reliable and I'm so happy i could afford it.

The overall car buying experience and service received from Zabi at Cypress Auto brokers was excellent. He was honest, genuine, friendly and very clear about all available information regarding the van. I never felt rushed or pressured to make a decision. I was given the time for a long test drive and for my mechanic in Vancouver to complete a thorough vehicle inspection. All issues raised by the inspection were repaired or replaced with new parts at no additional cost. I’ve had the van for a month now and it’s going great!

As an out-of-province buyer, I was very unsure of what my experience would be when I picked up the phone to call Cypress Auto Brokers to ask about a used car they had for sale. Upon speaking with Zabi for the very first time, I was immediately impressed by his honesty, kindness, and respect! It was very refreshing! He was willing to accommodate my needs by taking the car to a shop of my choosing to have the car inspected. And where there was a minor issue with the car that was brought to my attention, he was considerate enough to offer different options to fix the problem. He was very willing to work with me to ensure I was satisfied!Upon arriving in Maple Ridge to meet Zabi and test drive the car for the first time, my wonderful experience continued. The car was exactly as advertised, all issues had been addressed as promised, and I was a very satisfied customer. This shop is a scam. They lied to me about the most basic questions. They said the vehicle arrived to them two months ago, but on the carfax report from their own website they had an inspection record from a mechanic shop for Cypress Auto dated nine months prior. There was an unreported front end collision also that they didn't disclose. Never would go back.EDIT. They claim I never went to the dealership. I did and test drove it. They say there was no accident but it was reported on carfax rear end collision, and front seams around fenders and hood were all out-of alignment. They lie again. What a joke.
