Sharp Bus Lines Limited

The most incompetent bus line I have ever experienced. When my children's bus driver is off sick they completely drop the ball, I thought maybe it was a 1 off, even the few times this has happened but it is very clear this happens 100% of the time. My children came home 1 hour and 30 minutes late. For kids who live 15 minutes away from the school, this bus line has yet to figure out GPS systems for their drivers and insist on printing out instructions on paper that clearly are impossible to follow. After speaking to them they assured me my children were 5 minutes away. 25 minutes later they were still not home. At 5pm i again call the bus line. This service shuts their phones off at 5pm. I will reinterate after reading their response. Our office hours are closed" when i called. Which means phones are off....Regardless if there are still children driving around on busses. The fact this service thinks they are done for the day whole there are still children floating around the city is absolutely appalling. The fact that now the school is closed. Sharp isnt answering their phones who left do I have to call? The police?!?!?! My children told me the bus pulled over and they waited u til a second sharp employee drove to the bus and got on with the driver to direct her around the city. The fact it took 2 adults 1.5hrs to drive 110 kids home. This company needs to get their act together. It's 2022 update your technology. This isn't the first time my kids have been 40 to 60 minutes late but this was beyond acceptable. They don't deserve our tax payers dollars."

ThatE staff is very patient with their employees!!! &, Curtios with their employees!! You instill safety first in training!!! And show protocols on how to handle students, teacher, & parents!!!

Hey, at least they get me to school on time... Except for when my usual bus driver isn't there.

Worst bus line out there. Drivers late more than on time. And when on time dont give you any time to actually get to them. My special needs child has door to door pick up and if even 2 seconds late they would call, whereas today they just drove off. Called to complain said the driver would come back after dropping the other special needs child off I said I would just drive myself only to find out from the school the other child was not even picked up today

Management keeps you informed on a timely basis of any issues as they arise. My Grimsby run 3133 is straight forward which puts me on time even in inclement weather. The children (JRK - Gr 8) are ALL great to deal with!On a personal front it is the most rewarding job I ever had in my work life and driving school bus for such a professional organization is a good complement to retirement.Peter

This company is a pleasure to work with! Our bus was not working 2 nights before our trip. I called them 2 days before and they were very accommodating. The service was excellent and on time. The driver was amazing kind and very personable. I can’t say enough good things about this company you have to try for yourself !

Great place to work drivers are friendly mechanics are very helpful especially Allan the hours suit my life style the pay is above minimum and there are opportunities for charter and there are a couple of parties through the year and gifts at Christmas can't ask if for anything else

I am a professional school bus driver at the Welland yard. I have worked there for over a year. The office staff and fellow drivers are great to work with.

Amazing family atmosphere! Getting my B license with Sharp & joining them for my career was the best decision I could have made for me and my family. I couldn't imagine working anywhere else!
