Rather disappointed!!! I ordered a bowl with salsa and sour cream and was delivered with a little amount of food in the bowl and little side salsa and no sour cream. When you pay $34 for something you would like to get a decent amount in the bowls

I had ordered couple of times from Z-teca while I was in Waterloo and lunch has always fresh and delicious. It's in uptown at a vivacious location. Vegetarian options are really good.

Such fresh and flavourful food! I love that they have a veggie crumble option for vegans and that they add roasted corn to their burrito base. They’re also not skimpy with their toppings at all. It would be nice for them to add some sauces like a vegan chipotle mayo though! Thank goodness they’re not in the north end of Barrie otherwise I’d get their food way too often!

Super delicious! They jam their burritos with fresh tasty ingredients. The flavor of everything is just really authentic. Their tortilla chips are really good. These are true freshly made tortilla chips with their own delicious zest flavor. I definitely recommend Z-teca for anyone looking to enjoy some wholesome Mexican food.

was thinking if 3 stars for food but employee was so clever and charged me extra beans and corns which was in small serving . When i asked extra ground veggie she told me its extra if i wanted to proceed . But without consent she said its normal but bill sas extra $3 .Also, food was so tasteless Veggie Crumble bowl. I have been to 50-60 different mexican restaurants and know what to expect . Not fan and wont go back

Z-teca Barrie is incredible!!It has become my Mom and I's go to destination on our way to the cottage!Lana (owner) was actually making the burritos at the counter today, and her and Rachel knocked them out of the park.Maybe the biggest burrito I've ever had!We've tried every one of the Burrito options on the menu (they also have classic Mexican fare like tacos and bowls) and each one is better than the next!It boils down to fresh ingredients and selection, the new pineapple salsa really adds a nice kick as well.This will be a staple every trip through Barrie, and they even have locations throughout Ontario to try!Pro tip: Pick up the bag of Nachos to go, hint of lime flavour that is divine!5 stars!!

Just left and I realize they close in 20 min but the person who made my bowl started throwing utensils out of obvious anger that they close in 20 min.I get to my car and my bowl is ice cold…I can’t reheat it because I have guac and everything else on it. Worst experience ever and I love the food here!

Amazing place. Mostly because of the staff behind the counter. They always have a smile on their face, and are eager to help you out if you are new with Mexican food. The food itself is very reasonably priced and tasty. Just 2 dollars for a bag of chips. Tacos are very reasonably priced as well. Thank you for keeping #halal options on the menu. I had a great experience. Looking forward to visiting you guys again.
