Legendary Hot Pot

My Go-to Hotpot location, staff always attentive, ingredients always fresh. I have lived in Vancouver for over 20 years Legendary Hotpot is without a doubt the best Hot-Pot restaurant in the Lower Mainland. I just recently moved to Richmond and will still be taking my family to West Vancouver to eat here, Oh and did I mention the Service? Its without a doubt 5/5 stars!

i'm sad we had a bad experience here. we have a family who have concerns with sanitation and some of the people we were with have low immune system. we wanted this to be the first hot pot we would ever eat together with them since we don't know how to do hot pot. so we were asking to move around sadly bec we asked for a less traffic area but they didn't know also, which made me sad seeing how our group moved from one table to another. we ended up being near the kitchen entrance :( so one of our guests left our group bec we were sitting in the high traffic area.so when we ordered we thought it would be lots of food but it wasn't. there were 3 of us wanting veggie options and it wasn't really that much for a very expensive payment. as a pregnant person i was not satisfied with the amount even when i thought we paid too much already. so yeah...that was a disappointment.we also were asking so many questions and were educated just a little bit to get the orders along the way. we went to a different place and they were giving us more understandable info on how hotpot should be done in their restaurant. im sad that the servers kept on fidgeting with our fire while we wanted a certain cooking temp with ours. they do have condements but it's open and shared with everyone in the restaurant.also we wanted them to not touch the rim of the water glasses since it's just not sanitary. it's like sucking our server's fingers basically. so we asked for new ones and she still did the same and touched the rims of the drinks. WHY?in anycase, as a vegetarian eater it's kind of hard even if they had the creative half n half pot. but we ordered individuals instead because we wanted to eat a lot but ended up not eating much at all.im so sad since we come from Burnaby and crossed just to try this place. sadly we wont be coming back anytime soon since we had that sad situation unfold. we said sorry to the restaurant servers when we left for making their lives inconvenient.for sanitary reasons 2stars.

Definitely one of the best hotpot in Vancouver! Fresh ingredients, amazing soup base and the owner is really friendly! Do not miss their king Crab (need to pre-order), it’s incredible! Highly recommend this restaurant for everyone.

Super nice couple, atmosphere is terrific. U can either pick a big hotpot to share or have individual ones. Food is good !

Excellent food and amazing service. The establishment is really clean and comfortable. There is ample free parking upstairs. The price is on the higher end but it did not disappoint. The service receives a second mention in this post. It is excellent. Don’t give a five stars just because of the prices compared to similar hot pot restaurants.

All my visits with this place would be 5 but my latest experience was just average(I brought my parents here first time and the service lacked that day). I would give 4.5 if that was an option. The meat quality here is unmatched for the price we pay. We tried all tiers of their meat and would recommend their AAA beef. Best bang for your buck. Give their homemade plum juice a try...it's delicious!

Best duck. We went for the hot pot and it was great. We got two broths, hot and thai. The hot one was nice and spicy and the Thai came with a couple of shrimps and a bit of seafood all was wonderful. All the extras we ordered were great from the ribeye steak to different vegetables and different meats. So highly recommend the hot pot. However, what amazed us was, the duck. We also ordered the duck and it was one of the best ducks I've ever had so that was a total surprise and this is the place to go for the duck

HIGHLY RECOMMEND. Polite and Amazing staff, they were so nice! I went here for my bday with my friends and they were very welcoming. The food was really good and I wish we had bought more. I will definitely come back here again.

What an unexpected delight! We got here late and were taken care of amazingly. Best hot pot I've had, fresh and so delicious. Jack & Helena are the greatest hosts, walked us through everything and brought us much more than we order. Will definitely be back, and can't recommend enough!
