Wonderful time. It was amazing, and chosen for us by our born in Italy friend. So you know the dishes were authentic and the taste as close to home as you can get. If you're in Barrie, GO! Make sure to make reservations and also make sure you get the roasted garlic!

There's a reason why this place has such a high rating. We drove through Barrie on a snowy night, it wasn't very busy there. But they still brought their A game, the food was as good as anything we've had in Toronto. We had the seabass (a special that night), and the pappardelle with mushroom and truffle sauce. The fish was cooked well, tasted juicy and flavourful and the veggies on the side seasoned well. The pasta had a heavy truffle smell, and at most places that's it. But here they created such a delicious taste that we were frankly quite surprised. The server was always smiling and friendly, and while I think the place was understaffed that night I didn't feel I waited long for anything. And the food came in lightning speed. Would come here again for sure.

Absolutely loved this place!! The food was delicious (craving that mushroom pasta as I write this) and staff were friendly. We will definitely be coming back.

I went with a party of about a dozen people. Everybody commented on how delicious and above average the food was, the great service and the way they accommodated us. No complaints, and from this group there are usually a few moaners. The food was so good that grown men were asking to taste each other's food, something I've rarely seen occur in a restaurant setting. Well done and I will be back soon.

Incredibly delicious food. Great location, but quite squishy (I like bigger tables and more room between them). Staff were friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. Restaurant is decent, though there was quite a bit of dust on the fixtures/wall decor and duct tape around the window we were seated at. Not sure if we would eat at the restaurant again but we will absolutely be ordering take out.

Truly enjoyed a patio dinner with friends. My roasted beet salad was to die for, as was my creme brulee.Great spot for outdoor dinner and drinks. Staff are lovely and helpful. Food is definitely worth the visit!

We had a lovely dinner!The patio had a great view on a beautiful evening.The drinks were great, apps and mains! And of course the chocolate cake. It was also surprisingly reasonable given the quality of food :)The service was good as well.Would definitely return.Think laid back, non chain restaurant, good seafood vibes.

This restaurant is a classic in Barrie. It has been open for few years now and every time I go, I find some new things on the menu and some of the signature dishes still available. I was there on Saturday before Easter and what is constant with this restaurant is the good quality of food. The ambience is always good and the service is excellent. This place has become a traditional place in Barrie! It has such a nice lake view and it has its own charm. Normally I always order Beef carpaccio as an appetizer and I’m never disappointed!

First time here, and it won't be our last. Our waitress was very good, and she paid attention to every detail.The shrimp fettachini was amazing as was the chicken parmesan. And the pricing wasn't as bad as I thought it was going to be.

So happy we found this spot in Barrie. One of the best Italian dining experiences I’ve had including Toronto or Vaughan. Love the vibe and the staff was extremely helpful and friendly! The pappardelle funghi is phenomenal- a must try! Enrico’s famous garlic is one of the most unique apps we’ve had and you must get it. Overall, a great experience and can’t wait to come back.
