Fanny has asked me multiples questions before we even sat and talk about sending resume. She made sure that we listed every of my needs before suggesting anything. She was frank about what my experience could bring me, she negotiated the exact salary I wanted at the moment, and she also made sure I did multiple interviews at the same time, simply to increase my chance asap, as I was unemployed for 2 months. She is really attentive, and don't waste any time to provide you feedback. Randstad is definitely a great agency as the agents are well intentioned.

I had a greet experience with Katisha, she accompanied me throughout this experience.She was patient, flexible and especially understanding. Kat has been a great help throughout my process of finding a job. She got in contact with me in less than 24 hours of me posting my resume. I had an amazing experience with Alicia Sofia Garcia, CX team.from the moment she started helping me , I knew she truly wanted to help me find a position that I truly wanted and she did exactly that! Ive been looking for a position for the last 3 months and it was not easy , but with Alicia's help it was possible and I couldn't have done it without her. I was able to learn allot from her and start to think about where I truly want my career to go , so grateful!
