The UPS Store

The experience was okay, if you are someone who likes to do things on your own then this would be a store you can get things done however if you ask for assistance they Charge you a lot of money just for the staff to push a button. Overall okay experience I personally would not recommend unless you like to photocopy yourself or do thing’s yourself.

I went there Last Friday the store was very busy but i got dealt with very fast they are very quick and efficient. Recommend

Won’t track your package if you call by phone, must go in person or track online. Told me they get this question too often and have 200 packages in the back and only 2 people working.

The lady working there has no concept of being polite or friendly. Constantly interrupts when I’m trying to ask questions, I don’t think I even finished one sentence. She was very defensive and confrontational from the get go. I literally backed away because she was being aggressive with her tone.I would recommend that employees receive training on how to be courteous and friendly to improve customer relations.

I Went To Do Some Printing And Noticed Two New Staff Members. The Store Was Very Busy And I Was Impressed How They Handled All The Customers. When It Was My turn They Have Informed Me it’s Under New Ownership, Both Of The New Staff Members Were Very Informative And We’re Very Pleasant To Deal With. A Big Difference Since I Last Came Here. Store Was Clean. vacuumed. And Smelled Fresh. Was A Nice Change Of Scenery. Will Be Coming Back Whenever I Need Printing Or Shipping.

Went there to ship a defective product that I had a pre paid return waybill for on the box it came in. They tried to tell me I can't ship in anything but the boxes they sell. Left and went to another location that let me ship in my own box without issue.

1 star and this is why. My location was changing hands at the time. They had to phone in information to another store. I couldnt get a quote for rates until later that evening when they called. Had to give my credit card info over the phone. They said they would email me my receipt. And they said that the package would go out first thing the next morning. I didnt get a email receipt or a tracking number.. so i went to the ups store the next day in the afternoon to get my receipt and tracking number. My package was still sitting there. They said it wont go out till that evening now. The package arrived 4 days after promised, and they had spelled my name wrong and my address was incorrect. If it had to be returned to me than forget it. Most disorganized store and employees . Will notnuse ups again.

Employees are excellent, but to print a piece of paper you have to pay $3 black and white. Is out of this world like really!

They’re really nice and fast. I sent out some mail and the person got their parcel quicker than any other company I shipped with. Would definitely recommend :)

I went to the store a couple days ago and met the owner and he was very nice and helped me out with my print job when I had no knowledge on what I was doing. Very polite and I had a great experience for someone who had no idea for what to do, will be going there much more often
