Took my youngest son in to get a suit for prom, after taking his brother there a few years ago. The young man working was super personable and picked the perfect suit and tie right away, while seamlessly helping several other customers. The prices are great, and the experience couldn't have been better.

Perfection! I was helped immediately. The young woman who assisted me was very helpful with sizing and picking quality clothing. The hemming was done in store. Which is same day pickup. I was not in a rush , I picked up the following day. Merry Christmas to All !!T

As salesmen, they are very nice and accommodating when you are there purchasing a suit, but if you need to come back with an issue you had with the service they really couldn't care less.I bought and wore a suit once and 2 hours after wearing it at a dinner party, the button fell off. Went back to the store and he charged me to fix this obvious defect. Even when I told him the situation he had no sympathy for me.

We went in there today to get suits suits for my son's upcoming wedding in October. Alexis was absolutely amazing with us and took her time to explain everything to us as we went along and quite humoured us! There was other people that came in with an out of control child that not only was slapping us but also did something on the floor. She was quite Professional as she went about to clean everything up and still wait on her customers. She was quite content to make sure that we sure that we were happy with our choices. Even though we live in Waterloo we chose to go to the one at fairway because of their professionalism

Was here for a wedding party and in the beginning everything was fine. The lady taking everyone's measurements was very nice and worked her way through everyone (several people). This was in February. Fast forward to May and no one has contacted me from there to let me know my suite was ready. I had to find out from other members in the wedding party. Seemingly everyone who picked up their suite had problems with fitment. When I went to pick my suite up I gave the man at the front desk my name, he asked for a ticket that I had lost, I said it was for a wedding party with the last name and he responded oh now you give me more information". They asked if I wanted to try the suite on

Took my grandson into Stars for a new suit this past Saturday as a birthday gift. Special thanks to Vlad, who did a great job educating about various suits, prices, sizes and ensuring a great fit. Absolutely steer clear. My fiancé and his groomsmen all ordered suits at the beginning of June for our wedding on Sept 24. No communication, he had to follow up constantly and no one ever had a straight answer. Pieces were forgotten, measurements lost, and we found out two days before the wedding that 2 of the suits had yet to be tailored (after promising us 4 day alterations 3 weeks prior). My fiancé literally had to walk in and stand over them so they’d complete the work. Today, the day before the wedding we discovered they missed ordering one of the groomsmen’s ties.Everything was rectified but not without pulling teeth. This place caused us nothing but stress and anger the week of our wedding. Do yourself a favour and go to Moore’s!

All the employees at this location were very helpful and friendly! My fiancé was able to find his perfect suit for our wedding. I would like to give a special shout out to Vlad, as he carefully took the time to adjust my fiancé's suit and find the perfect accessories to go along with it. :)
