I can’t imagine that being in property management is easy. I also imagine it’s a lot easier and motivating to write about the bad experiences with property managers than it is to say thanks to the ones who do their jobs behind the scenes. So I just wanted to drop 5 stars because my experience with Trevarren has been really great. I’m super grateful to Samantha who is so consistently willing, thorough, positive, and helpful. She’s the best. And while I’ve only spoken with Dave once, he seems straightforward and on top of his work. I feel like my needs are heard and the building is cared for. I can’t ask for anything more.

Horrible property management. Parking lot is constantly full of water Dave wont fix. Says they cant afford it which says a lot. Grass never gets edged properly. Garbage never gets picked up. My car was damaged once by the leaf blower guy. My car was damage twice and missed two days work since I moved in because snow never gets removed. An ambulance couldn't get in here if there was an emergency. No care for the safety of the people that put food on his plate. They have no problem taking your money but they seem to have a problem with managing your property

Poor service, incompetent property management. Treats condo owners poorly. Rude staff and sloppy work.

Sold the property and they still are taking funds out of our account. They don't seem to be to concerned about getting our funds returned due to their mistake

Worst property management ever. The owner Dave Glithero is arrogant and lazy. Had snow piled 2 metres high in my parking spot for months. He kept promising to fix it--nothing happened. A tree started growing into the foundation. Dave promised it would be removed--that was three months ago. Nothing. Waterloo bylaw states all steps should have railings. Told Dave, still nothing. Fence is broken from snow piled against it, garbage strewn against fence of common elements--nothing done. Concrete around steps falling apart. Loose railing. Overgrown weeds. They charge almost $600 a month and do less than the minimum. The worst part is the condo board is gutless and won't take him to task for his incompetence. The guy is a disgrace!
