Maritime Fireplaces

We purchased a beautiful Napoleon grill on May 14 could not be happier with the whole customer experience. Diane is great at her job! I would recommend Maritime Fireplaces.

Very happy with our new Valor Madrona StoveThrows a lot of heat without the need of a fan/blower. Install was problem free and the installer’s were very professional, nice clean installation.

1 star only because you cannot give zero.We have had an extremely disappointing experience with Maritime Fireplaces.We were looking for a fireplace and when we agreed to purchase it the salesperson refused to sell it to us unless we bought all the components through them. Another $3800 on top of the price of the fireplace.Not cool, should have been the first red flag.We decided to go ahead and order some ledgestone and received a quote for the job and we also ordered a little extra just to be on the safe side. Salesperson miscalculated immensely…..shortchanged us on corners and we ended up with four extra boxes of flats. When discussing with the sales person the issue it was made clear that it was impossible the mistake was on their side (when they did the calculation!) demanded payment for what we were shortchanged for and threatened to stop the shipment if we didn’t pay (shipping was almost as much as the stone!!)Not a very nice way to treat customers that just dropped $11,000 at your store and already tolerated other unmentioned mistakes made on your part.They’re great to deal with when they’re selling you things. Horrible to deal with after the sale…..A simple “oops, I made a mistake” or even “let’s make this right for you” was ever offered. Not even the lame “I’m sorry you feel that way”! Just a flat out “no, I don’t make mistakes” was as far as they would go for us. I understand that some people have a hard time admitting to mistakes but when said mistakes are projected on to the customer financially….. that is just plain WRONG!To be clear, it’s not the products we are upset with. It’s the terrible customer service.“Maritime Fireplaces…..where we are right even when we are wrong!”

They don’t know what they are doing. They rebuilt my chimney when cleaning it for no reason and then my sauna almost burned down. Extensive smoke damage on the beautiful cedar. This company is a joke. Stay as far away as possible from them. The last pic is a before of what the pipe should did look like. A botched job by a poorly run company with incompetent employees.

Very easy to deal with. They reply to email/messages very quickly. Would buy from Maritime Fireplaces again!

Awesome service. We could not be happier with our stunning propane Stove.On top of great service in the store ,The crew that installed was super efficient and so nice to deal with.They came back to fix some minor stuff and left the place spotless each time !We highly recommend!

Great customer service. Employees were very knowledgeable and answered all our questions to help us find the product that was right for us

A1 service. Purchased my Big Green Egg here, and the knowledge of the associate was top notch. It’s extremely helpful when the person selling the product has first hand experience with that product because they’ve owned it for many years. If you are in the market for a BGE, Maritime Fireplaces is the place to go.

A beautiful retail store. Very friendly staff. Very knowledgeable. We tried to do business but little to no communication with respect to logistics and delivery, prevented the whole deal and we canceled. No one showed up. No one followed up until we emailed to ask what happened. We were super disappointed but may try them again in future and just purchase products without service or delivery to avoid problems.

Great company to deal with. Salespeople were super friendly and knowledgeable. Showroom is beautifully displayed with a great selection of fireplaces and stoves. If you want to buy from a trusted longstanding family owned business, with great selection and service, this is the place to come!
