Been there twice and have had great experiences each time! Unfortunately I did not catch the name of the first person who did my blood test however they second women, Renee was fantastic! Very kind, explained everything and made sure I wasn't nervous for my ECG. I will be using this lab as much as I can from now on!

Discriminatory and disgusting. will violate your rights if you are disabled and exempt under human rights due to your disabilities. Will force you to be segregated and you will not be allowed to sit in the same waiting area as others all due to being exempt over a not wearing a maskThey fail to provide proof of “policy” nor put anything in writingPolicy does not supersede law

Ross is so friendly and helpful. I have some issues with my bloodwork form and I have no idea what I need to do. She takes her time to help me call the GMNI to figure out. She makes my day.And the staff there are always friendly!

This place needs to be more organized! I waited in line for an hour and a half outside In the freezing cold only to be told that my papers weren’t in their system. There should be someone checking people in outside and making sure they have everything in their system instead of letting them wait outside! There’s no organization, just one sign that points where to stand and that’s it, no one comes outside to tell you anything. Extremely disappointed.

Drove here from Niagara Falls- worth the drive! It's clean, no wait, no need to pay for parking (like in Niagara Falls on Portage Road) Roz was lovely, welcoming, did the blood draw quick and easy and I was in and out in 5 minutes! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
