Good pretzels and pastries. Friendly staff. Clean cafe and bathroom for patrons. All make for a must stop place on our travels through Quesnel.

41 years ago this August 2017 Horst and Christa Teetzan headed to this quaint town with an idea. Today it has grown to a well established family café on one of the main streets in town. Horst would tell you that he is proud to be a local bowling champion and that his son Gerd carries on the family business with passion. We stopped in and delighted in some of the local gossip, picked up an incredible loaf of Farmers Rye Bread, and admired a lot of the in house made delicacies. I'm told that the apple fritters are the most popular. You can also preorder buns and cakes. Stop in for some yummy local treats with their friendly staff.

Love the Lavendar Earl Gray London Fog. The pastries and fresh bread are also amazing.My friend and I tried the gluten free brownie and it's INCREDIBLE, little piece of heaven.
