If you need running shoes and excellent advice on what shoe will be best suited for you, GO HERE! Staff were friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. They helped me try on several pairs of shoes - I have wide feet, and was looking for 2E width runners - and ultimately directed me towards a pair of Hoka Clifton 7s I could purchase online. Even though they didn't sell me a pair of shoes, they gave me a free gait analysis and valuable direction. Professional people who really know their stuff. Thanks again!

Buying a new pair of shoes is always a tough experience for me, I find I’m very particular and it’s hard to find a pair that fits just perfectly. So usually that means me trying on a bunch of different pairs at different times in different sizes. So usually in my ventures I find a lot of sales associates that get frustrated with me or not knowledgable about anything, or both. But Emily at Running Room I honestly cannot boast enough about, she was extremely knowledgable and not only that, happy to help me try on 100 different pairs if it meant me finding the right one for me. I usually am the one doing research and finding the right pair but she actually made a recommendation that ended up being the perfect pair that I wouldn’t have even thought which has actually never happened for me with shoes. Thank you so much Emily!To the running room and management I really hope you know and appreciate the asset you have in Emily because it’s truly hard to find people who are that willing to help customers, provide great service, and extremely knowledgeable.

In and out in under 10 minutes. Went in knew what I was looking for but needed sizing, staff was helpful, receptive, and the inventory was accurate to what I saw on the website.Will continue to use this location when I need my next pair of shoes.

The worst customer service I have experienced in years!My orthotic provider advised me to go to the RR for proper fitting of good shoes.Once there and waiting for 10 minutes, I had to ask for help while three employees chatted with each other and then 5 more minutes of waiting after asking for someone else to arrive.Their idea of fitting was to ask me my size, followed by giving me several boxes of shoes to try on. That was followed by asking how it felt and feeling for my toe position.I will not return to that location.

The staff are very helpful and they have a great selection. Ask them to access your walk or run so that you can get the right shoe

Went in looking for a specific type of shoe; while I was limited in colour, there wasn't a large selection. The manager/owner passively deferred me to a sales associate instead of helping me or giving any direction. When I asked about alternative products they offer in their store, they weren't overly helpful.

Very helpful in finding a great pair of shoes. The sales person was very knowledgeable and gave me some good options and even gave some tips about my new running routine!

Needed new running shoes and some clothing for my wife and myself, and had the good fortune to walk into the Barrie store to meet Dylan, the manager. He was not only knowledgeable and friendly but didn't push extras or upgrades on us, even after I asked if we were missing anything. He is a great ambassador for the brand, knows what he's talking about, and is great to deal with. We will be heading back to see him for all future running needs.
