Pleasantly surprised at the level of competence and positive interaction with the staff at the Service Ontario-Stratford location. Having the pleasure of dealing with “Leah” twice in a month I was impressed. Super fast and extremely pleasant - working with a smile on her face. Well done Leah!

I received amazingly excellent service today from Rosemary. She was quick (amazingly quick), efficient, pleasant and personable. She made it all so easy and seemed to be thoroughly enjoying her work, as well. It was my best Service Ontario experience. Grateful for how smoothly it went.(That said, something could be done to make it easier for people to find Service Ontario at its new location on Lorne St. -- took a bit of driving around... Better signage, please! And better notification on the website, too!)

This office is not your typical government office. They are very helpful, polite and go above and beyond to help you. As there is only one Service Ontario site in Stratford, be prepared to wait a bit but the staff do their best to serve people as quickly as possible in sequential order. Remember to take a number when you first walk in the door. Overall though, a great experience every time.

One of my favorite Service Ontario location. Warm welcoming people, always try to help you, and they are quick.You don't need to wait a lot to get your stuffs done. Even though I moved out from Stratford, me and my family still loves to go there.They dont take your precious time, and never give you hard time compared to other locations. And very educated professionals, they know what they are doing.Parking is free, and near to Service Canada and Drive test center.

Excellent service. Waited only four minutes for a walk-in request. The staff person was efficient and exceptionally pleasant. Thank you!

Kelsey was amazing quick service and very courteous . New Hamburg was closed at the last minute so had to drive to Stratford , glad I did . Thank you for great service .

Went in there picked #50 they were waiting on #41 , forty minutes later there still on #41. Poor lady next to me 9 months pregnant said she had been waiting over an hour. Decided to cut my losses and leave, by the time I got to my car poor pregnant lady left to. To make matters worse your website still lists the Huron .st address.

I went to renew my son's health card in March and was told we needed additional documents to prove our residency, which is totally understandable. I made arrangements to expedite those and am still waiting. However, unbeknownst to me during that appointment, both mine and my son's health cards were canceled. To my knowledge, we were still covered until the expiry date on our cards. Now after both of us having doctor's appointments prior to the card expiry date, I have had to pay for the visits because our health cards were declined. When I called to see what the issue was with the cards, I was informed that whomever I spoke to in your office had our cards canceled. Perhaps in the future, your staff should communicate that cards will be canceled effective immediately, so people don't have to be blindsided.

I drove 20 minutes to the location, only to find out the place is closed and moved to a new" location.The sign stated the move without an address of the new location.Spent 25 minutes on the phone
