Simply inexperienced:We thought kindness was s good start because they were very nice to begin with.We were assured that our explanations of what was happening with our rv would get communicated to the service writer and then mechanics. We told them we were leaving the rv there for a week while we flew back to states for medical reasons. Turns out even that info was not passed on.When we returned the mechanic said, wish I had known you were going to be gone that long, I would have looked for a different part that fit better. BUT they said it was all fixed. A new serpentine belt and tensioner. 1 hr down the road it started making the same screeching noise. You don’t know whether to take it back when they couldn’t fix it the first time or take it somewhere else. Glad we made the choice to go somewhere else. New place told us that the grooves were not cleaned out of the pulleys properly to set the new belt, so in just a short time we had almost gone through a brand new serpentine belt and didn’t need a tensioner in the first place. According to this place, that was a basic step they missed. So, don’t know about trucks but wouldn’t bring your rv here. And if information doesn’t make it from the front to the service writer not sure I would take a truck here either.

Worse service ever. Mechanics do not even know how to fix truck. Problem to get money back even if truck not fixed.July 2021. Second try. On phone conversation I got one price, when coming to shop another. Just trying to pull money from you.

Came in at 745 am and it 540 pm .wait for part to show up . Sitting in driver lounge waiting. May they should have a shop truck ppl are waiting all day and no way get food .

I would like to brighten some of these grimm reviews. I have dealt with this business since 2014. Since then, they have been great to deal with. They have been a reliable parts source for several projects we've had over the years.One major highlight and wonderful connection I have made through Nova Trucks is the amazing finance specialist. Jocelyn, you are just incredible. I have worked with you on many deals and l truly appreciate you. I am sure the lucky clients that have had the pleasure to deal with you feel the same way.Thank you for your expertise and help in purchasing our equipment over the years.I look forward in dealing with you in the future.Thank you.

Very shady business I would recommend everyone to take their business elsewhere, I bought a truck from them 9 months ago brand new and I have to argue with them every time to fix stuff that's clearly under warranty, and on top of that the mechanics are very inexperienced and inept at their job and will try to price gouge you on anything that's not under warranty, I had a tail light the was out they decided first thing they need to do is to run a system diagnostic that cost $200 and came up with nothing and then they simply removed the cover and replace a burnt old bulb that was $3 to replace plus 10 minutes labor, I needed a new coolant cap which I paid for and cost $20, and the mechanics charged me $41 labor to screw it on which I did not ask them to do, this takes 10 seconds and is as easy as screwing on a gas tank cap. Issue I'm having now is they are refusing to fix an issue with my steering wheel that is under warranty on my $200000 truck that is 9 months old, like others have said the staff are nice but at the end of the day I could care less about how nice someone is when their failing to live up to their warranty and overcharging you on services. If you're thinking about buying a truck I really recommend looking at any other dealerships. This is one the worst experiences I've had with a purchase in my life

2 week wait for a repair. it lasted 8 days and back in to nova for the exact same fault. So far another 2weeks have gone by and its still waiting to go in the shop.dont buy a freightliner, they dont have techs to repair them, or parts in stock either.If you spend 200k on a truck, on many trucks actualltly and they are all going in for repeated problems and a month off for the same repair.Go buy a different make and model of truck, a dealer that will repair and have you on the road in hours. not weeks or months

Who ever owns or operates this location needs to fire everyone except Reese. Everyone else has no idea what their doing, no communication between each other and the night shift. Just can’t handle having to chase everybody and explain what is going wrong with my truck 20 times over. Anyone else no any good shops?

Do not use this Centre for any of your truck repairs. My truck went in there in perfect running condition. Mechanically inspected twice before purchasing it. Took it in for a routine oil change. There is absolutely no communication to the client as to the progress of your truck. The shift FOREMAN misdiagnosed my truck as having to get my clutch replaced. I went back the next day to have the tech to tell me my clutch is fine. Had to pay $250 for the misdiagnosed clutch. Asked the service lady about why it was misdiagnosed. She said the second shift has very little experience. Back to the oil change. I call to check on when the truck will be ready. They tell me they broke a fuel housing, but can override it if I wanted to take it out and bring it back when the part comes in. I tell them no, I'd rather them fix it properly once. 2 days go by, then 3. I call and they say they put the new part on but my truck wont start now. Another day goes by , no phone call to me. At this point I'm upset. I call and all they tell me is the truck wont start after putting the new piece on. I take it upon myself to go in. As soon as I go up to the counter, they said you better go get Dale, the incompetent lying I will do anything to make sure it's not my fault service manager" then now has an answer for me. Of course he does. He tells me my fuel pump is broken. The truck was working perfect before it went in
