I am very grateful to Paul for his professional and enthusiastic service, from the first phone call to the delivery of the vehicle. They all provide highly professional services.In the process of buying a car, because I have some special needs for the vehicle, the harsh requirement was perfectly solved by Paul and the entire Hyundai Chateauguay, and an attractive price was given at the end.Surprisingly, on my first visit to their store, I took the bus from DT to get there. Their boss even drove me back to my place in his car while I was away. This is so impressive.Anyway, a perfect car-buying experience. Sales staff was attentive to our needs and spent a lot of time explaining the financing options. Vehicule delivery was perfect and we highly recommend the team at Hyundai Chateauguay.

Great car & the sales people are really nice but the service area SUCKS. Why am I waiting over 6 hours for an oil change? Last time I brought my car over for a question about my radio, they did not help me at all - instead insisted the issues were due to “worm holes”. Asked them to help me to get rid of the change oil light and they did not show me how to do it correctly and remained on after that. Thanks Hyundai!

Terrible service, they want to sell you the vehicle, once they do, they won’t take you seriously. To start with they gave me a “new” Tucson 2022 with scratches on the window and inside in multiple places, breaks with rust and they won’t change anything.The appointment to receive the car was at 2pm, they only allow me in at 4pm, and the car wasn’t ready, they wash it in about 10min and fill it with gas.I am so disappointed, I had to raise my concerns to Hyundai Canada to see if maybe I can get a response.I do not recommend this dealership

5 stars. I do not do reviews.This dealership deserves 5 stars.I went through $4000.00 dollars, horrible customer care dealing with negligent service reps at other Hyundai dealerships in Quebec. It took me 3 months of other dealership service reps giving me the run around and lying about times and call backs.. horribleAdam Francis and the team at chateauguay Hyundai were straight with me… called me when they said they would, actually contacted hyuandai corp and got my recall done as promised. It did take some time but they are swamped with similar situations and busy as hell.. I know this. I wish it was done faster only because I was without my car so long before I took it to them. Adam always kept me apprised to the time frame and what was happening and that’s more than other dealerships I was previous at ever did.(Ignored or lied about what was happening).So yea I appreciate the speed and diligence adam and team gave.Straight shooters and went over and beyond to make my recall happen..( think we all know they would have made more money if an independent was charged for the work the had done)Thank you team Chateauguay.C.D.Cousins
