I contacted Ashton for a furnace tune up. Their employee, Mo, was punctual and extremely professional. He completed a detailed furnace check and went over every item on his checklist, taking the time to carefully explain the various components of the service check up. He also took the time to share many helpful tips on furnace maintenance, as well as provided helpful information about our washer, dryer and dishwasher upkeep. You won’t find better customer service anywhere else. Call Ashton Service Group and you won’t be disappointed.

Xavier and the Ashton team were excellent. They showed up on time, finished the job faster than I envisioned and were very professional.Dealing with trade contractors in the past has always been stressful. But Ashton is one company I would highly recommend to anyone looking for this type of service.It’s unfortunate my buildings strata corporation uses another company as their preferred vendor as I feel Ashton would be a better option overall.From the time Tyler came initially to inspect the unit. To Jeff managing the project and now the final install by Xavier and team I can’t help to imagine why can’t all companies work in this efficient and professional manner.Also they are not shy asking for feedback, hence this write up. There is constant communication between the client and the company. No hidden agendas and extremely upfront throughout.Overall very pleased, happy that things went smoothly so far (there still a ceiling to patch up, but that is another third party contractor) and would recommend Ashton to anyone.Thanks again.

I reached out to Ashton Service Group for the first time for our water heater issue and I am pleased with their quality customer service. Ashton's team seems like a dream team. Each of the them really puts customer service first and treats us with high consideration. For less than 2 days, we get our hot water back (from my initial email to the completion).It is started with Stephen at Ashton's office ensuring that a comprehensive assessment is done as soon as possible on the same day. He also patiently helped me with the payment details and even followed up with an email to ensure transparency in expenses. Followed by Mike who ensured that the pricing was quoted properly while providing few suggestions on the water heater tank solutions based on our need. Ashton's techs, Moe and Kevin worked cohesively as a team. Their genuine passion for quality service can be clearly seen the moment they introduced themselves to me. What I appreciate the most from Ashton's technicians is that aside from focusing on task at hand, they are also assessing potential issues that need our attention whether it is for a temporary maintenance or a long-term improvement. They generously shared their knowledge and expertise.Thank you so much Ashton's team. I am looking forward to building a long-term partnership with you! Needed a hand with an appliance install so I gave Ashton a call. They happened to already have a service vehicle in my area on another job-site that day and were able to fit me in on short notice. Riley was very nice, put on shoe protectors and made sure everything was perfect. I appreciated the effort he spent on making the lines straight and symmetrical and the details" perfect

I would highly recommend Ashton Service group. We trusted them to install a new furnace two years ago. We have had regular maintenance and service calls since then. We have found all the staff we had interactions with to be highly professional, honest and informative. They take pride in their work.Mo did an amazing job today!! We had a 3-ton Mitsubishi heat pump system installed in January (2023) and I would not recommend Ashton. The outside unit was not secured and the work was done without permits. I gave Ashton the benefit of the doubt and over two months to remedy this, yet they still have not scheduled all of the required permit inspections.Ashton did not level the ground before installing the unit and as a result the unit was not secure, leaning and quite tippy. This posed a hazard to children that could easily knock over the 260 lb unit onto themselves or others. It took nearly two months to get them to come back to fix the issue and we had to get a manager involved so they would respond to our concerns.Ashton charged us fees for permits and told us that all permits had been applied for, however we learned that this was not true. I called the City and they had no record of Ashton applying for anything.I have had to call the City numerous times myself to understand which permits are required and educate Ashton on the requirements. Despite all of this Ashton still has not scheduled the electrical inspection even though the unit was installed over 11 weeks ago. The City requires a permit to be open prior to the installation which Ashton did not do.Each week Aston provides a different excuse as to why they have not scheduled the inspection yet (we don't know the process, staff has COVID, staff has a family emergency, etc.). At this point I'm not sure that Ashton is capable of completing this job.If you do end up hiring Ashton, I would not recommend agreeing to pay them in full until after permits are obtained and the work has been completed to your satisfaction.

I just want to share my experience to anyone who read my reviews. If you read their website about free diagnostic and transparency in pricing which are misleading. I kind of agree the previous review from Mermaid Green. I chose them becuase of their website info.. The lady in phone did mention dispatch fee of $179 but she didnt tell us that fee is just for insurance for their tech to working in condo" and upon arrival

Mo and Micheal came in to replace my furnace and take care of other plumbing issues. They were on time, courteous, respectful, professional and very knowledgeable. I liked that they took the time to explain the product I purchased and how it works. I also appreciated that they cleaned up and left my place without a trace.I was very happy w the salesperson Jeff who knows his stuff and he’s a great person to deal with. He provided me w excellent recommendations for high efficiency furnaces at a competitive price w some extras to make it worth it for me. The administrative staff is friendly and efficient. All around... it has been a very positive experience. I highly recommend Ashton for plumbing and furnace services and installation.

I normally don’t give reviews but I was impressed with Ashton’s service and wanted to share my experience. Last November, after a pipe burst, Jason from Ashton recommended that I repipe my whole house because I had poly b pipes that needed to be changed. It was big job and their quote was on the higher end: However, I chose Ashton group because Jason was very knowledgeable, respectful and trustworthy. If I am to open my house to contractors; I want to make sure they know what they are doing and that I can trust them. They did not disappoint. Jason and Jay worked on my contract for about a week. Each day they arrived, they were on time, accommodated my schedule, and were able to explain everything they were doing. They also left the place clean (they would vacuum each day before they left) and would wear shoe protectors when they entered the house. I appreciated that. There were no “surprises” and the project was done on time and on budget. It has now been over a month and I still have not any problems with my pipes. Even though their quote may be on the higher end of the scale, I felt it was a good investment as I received quality service and a true price from a team who was very pleasant to work with. I would not hesitate recommending Jason or Jay to others.

Used Ashton earlier this month with a poor experience. I needed a shower valve replacement because the hot water in the shower was room temp, which I was told should be fine and about 200-300$.They tried to find the shower valve for 1 week+ and couldn't do so, they then just suggested we open up my wall and that would be a charge of 2000$+I said no thank you, i'll call another company/plumber and Artisan was able to replace my shower valve the exact same day.
