Been going here for years when it was the Napa name or Lyle Cook name, and would always recommend them to others. They were always reasonable then, but the last two times here under the new ownership however, has left me probably looking for a new shop to deal with. Crazy expensive to what it used to be, whoever was behind the counter when I asked some fairly serious questions about the repair could barely look me in the eye let alone give me straight answers. It's a shame unfortunately that I likely won't be the only customer(s) they'll lose.

My experience at Railway automotive was 10/10Brian at the front was fantastic to deal with. He made sure I understood what was going on with my vehicle at all times. He was sure to not do anything until he had explained it to me (in laments terms)Nick was my mechanic and was great also. He had all the required work completed in the time frame in which was talked about.Highly recommend this business

What great service!! Absolutely would recommend. I’m a 20 year resident tried them all over the years, none can compare!!. It’s equivalent to the new car dealership without anything fancy. Very affordable

When my normal shop was unable to squeeze me in for a quick repair as they were booked solid, I went to Railway City Auto on the recommendation of a family member. New owner in the shop and they are doing an amazing job. Fair prices, no upsell, honest opinion of what could wait and what is a little more urgent. Friendly people, knowledgeable team, great work guys!
