Culligan Water (Okanagan)

Called these guys for service on our water softener and was told that he would stop by in 2 days. Well fast forward 2 months and still have never seen or heard from them so I called someone else. Not sure what their quality of work is like but clearly the care for their customers is not there. First and last time I will call them.

We had one of their techs come to service our reverse osmosis system. Mark was very good and did a terrific job. Nice guy and knew what he was doing. Thanks for the job well done

Water dispenser started leaking today of all days when it’s supposed to hit 39. Contacted Chloe at Culligan who recommended us trying something which didn’t work unfortunately, so she had an employee come right away and exchange the machine. Apparently there policy has change very large increase in service not happy

I had great service from Culligan as long as I was spending money. I have bought both a water softener and a 10 Medallist Filter. I've also had an update on the filter when the main piston was sticking and had to be replaced. Now that I have more problems with the Medalist Filter and I want it removed

The company I work for has been using Culligan for a long time. The service has always been great, we couldn't be happier. We recently requested an additional hot & cold water unit, fast response to our request - delivery arranged for the next day. Fantastic customer service, great job guys!

We built a new home , and bought the Culligan filtration system to try to make our drinking water taste good . The system worked great ... for a few months ... then the flow became reduced to a trickle over the next couple months forcing us to replace the filters .. that became a regular expensive cycle. The problem with the system is since the 3 filters are sealed you have to take a wild guess to try to determine the problem . The dealer provided no help at all . After 2 years of expensive frustration I gave the system back to them. The new system I installed I only have to change the filters every 18 months / they are less expensive / and you can unscrew the cover and see exactly how they are performing with no guesswork !! I was super disappointed with the Culligan system and lack of service ... what a waste of over a thousand dollars

Avoid this company at all costs, unless they are making money off of you, customer service is abysmal. The cost of their water deliveries constantly and consistently rises after engaging their services. They have terrible billing practices, they charge a deposit on their water bottles they deliver, but poorly track how many bottles are returned and are dropped off. This means you will pay a deposit and not get refunded, ensure you track every pick-up and drop-off qty. Then again, I did that and they threatened to send me to collections over not paying the invoices as they were incorrect.Avoid this company at all costs. They are a greedy corporation, their practices and customer service levels reflect this.Edit - Post business reply: No, I won’t be contacting you to discuss. Your corporate letters/accounts receivables and Kelowna customer service contact, have already inadequately dealt with this. AKA: You already have my money, your threats of collections worked. I payed the incorrect invoices rather than suffer your corporate smear job. That is the point of my review, you have abysmal customer service and I am clearly warning others of this fact. Dealing with Culligan is a waste of time and money.
