What a great surprise! Stopped as part of a pit stop on a road trip. Expectations weren't high as it's part of a gas station. However we were pleasantly surprised!The burgers were top quality, delicious flavour, and a large portion. We will definitely be stopping again next road trip!

Changing my review after a year...I live local and visit triple o's about once a week or two, lately the quality control (especially in drive thru) has decreased considerably: today, fries were overcooked and soggy, chicken in chicken sandwich was burned, and sodas were flat. Last time, they forgot the coleslaw on the fish sandwich. We usually have a good experience, but in the past few orders, something has been missed or overcooked. If you order drive thru, check your order before you drive away.It tastes just like it did on the West coast in the early 2000s! Pricey, but that's what a good burger costs these days. We love triple os and consider this a must stop on our way from Toronto to Ottawa or mtl. Recommend the breakfast if you make it in time and also the Dippin chicken tenders. Nicest staff even took our breakfast order over the phone because we were afraid we'd miss the 11:00 am cut-off time.

Triple Os is a surprising little burger joint found inside the On The Run. What they lose in atmosphere (not the biggest deal), they gain in food score! I had the BBQ burger and it was a 9/10 for taste! The Cajun fries (however un-cajun" they were- where is the spice??) Were delicious. Would return for those alone."

Wonderful, helpful and knowledgeable staff. Food was served Hot and fresh. The first time experience was a great one! Highly recommend. I tried the Cajun Fries which was a really great flavor combination, the pickle chips which were really great (even though admittedly I'm not usually one to eat pickles) and the Cookies and Cream milkshake was thick and creamy, served in a picture worthy presentation, complete with whip cream, Cookie pieces and chocolate drizzle! Couldn't have asked for a better experience here! Worth the stop!

I was very hungry, so I ordered 2 original burgers with cheese for dine in. Cheese comes at a premium of $1.50. Service was fast, and burgers were hot. You are given choice of cheese type, jack, processed, or cheddar. I chose cheddar, which was a nice piece of real cheddar. Lettuce and tomatoes were fresh, and bun was toasted. Burger would have been really good, except the meat patty was tough around the edges. Both were the same.I ate at the tables inside. It should be noted that this location is shared with an ON the Run convenience store. I sat with my back facing the convenience store, so I didn't feel I was eating in the store.

Always delicious and served fresh. The burgers, chicken and fries here are so tasty. Always make the stop here between Toronto and Ottawa. The staff is always happy and friendly.

Thank goodness we needed gas along our long road trip. We would never have expected to find such great food at a place attached to a gas station, but we were so pleasantly surprised. The moment I walked in I was greeted with warm and enthusiastic service. Great recommendations on portions. We weren’t quite hungry yet but really wanted to try it out and were encouraged to split a meal which was perfect ! The bacon cheddar burger was legit - best bacon on a fast food burger I have had. Amazing sauce. Juicy burger. The garlic parmesan fries were soooo good ! The chicken fingers were a hit for my kid as well. Really hope they open one of these closer to Ottawa !Thank you for a quick and awesome meal. Literally every one working there had smiles on their faces ! If that combined with epic food can’t brighten your day - I don’t know what could !

As a fast food joint, this can’t be best for the quality of food served! You could tell everything was fresh and using high quality ingredients. Staff were very friendly!

A good pitstop for people who like fast food. I am not much of a fan of fast food but was impressed by the number of options, especially the chicken and veggie options. I had a beyond meat burger and my partner had a BBQ burger. Both were good, a bit soft, but good flavor and consistency.The parmesan fries were good but the upgrade to a combo is a bit pricey for what you get. I'd stick to the plain fries or just the main.The setting was clean and in its own little theme.I would recommend this place for a quick bite.
