These guys charge 9$ for a medium empty cardboard box. That is stealing from people! How are they allowed to that!!. This is absolutly ridiculous and obsurd! I understand that people need boxes to ship out but instead of helping people out and charging 3,4,5$, NO! They charge double. What a scam!

This location is run by a very rude guy. I once tried to insist that I need a receipt for my parcel and he was very rude and offended me. I tried to take a video and he just became mad tried to grab my phone and threw my parcel onto the floor. I probably should call police. The guy refused to tell his name. Also as someone already mentioned he was claiming that he volunteers there. Seems he has a pattern on how he treats customers. Such store is shame for UPS. I still use other UPS stores but not this one.

The new management who took over the store 2 months before is not good. They are over charging. When you ask them to provide or show the UPS receipt on which it displays how much they are suppose to charge from the customer, they will simply decline and says its for them only, which is total false. And if you insist to see that receipt, they will return your package and says that the customer is rude and they can't ship the packet. So under THE UPS banner this store is doing fraud with the customer. And this is my experience at this location #508 at Sandalwood Parkway/Kennedy Brampton Location.

I wanted to quickly give a very positive feedback on the kind of service I got last week from the UPS Store # 508. I would particularly like to speak about Hardeep.I had called to ship out some samples to Slovakia in Europe and they had to get there by the 2nd of September.When I called the store Hardeep listened to me patiently and understood my request. She was okay with me adding my colleague to the call and answered all our questions and gave us all the information we requested.I have not come across such a good and proactive customer service in a while and I would really like to convey my heartfelt appreciation to Hardeep for this kind of service.

I went to drop a package at UPS store (180 Sandalwood Pkw E, Brampton) on Nov 20th 2021 at 10 AM.I didn’t have the return label printed so I asked guy on counter( must be in late 40s) to print it for me. He told me charges of $2+. I made a general comment that “ it’s a lot for a single print out” Suddenly, he got offended and telling me things like we pay $5000 rent for this property and we volunteer etc in a very rude tone. I asked him to calm down and asked his name. He started shouting at me “ it’s none of your business”. He told me that he is not gonna service me now and I should go to some other store.I never had this rude and offensive customer service at any of UPs store.This guys needs some serious coaching !!

If the person you were shipping was doing it before was doing all wrong and we cannot do that. Please don't blame anyone without any confirmation. We always provide receipt s to the clients. You are more then welcome if you don't want to visit this locationI was planning to goto this store but after reading the reviews and how this clown replies to the customer I decided not to .. LOL

Bought something from GAP and choose one of their UPS pick up point as no one at home for delivery. They shipped by FEDEX. When I got a FEDEX delivery notice, I immediate called UPS store within 10 mins of the text alert to verify the parcel status but they refuse to check and advise without a UPS tracking#. I have been going back and forth with FEDEX for almost a week and even visiting the store myself hoping they will at least take a look. They told me nothing was received and there was a fake sign-in name on the delivery receipt. I really doubt anyone ever really check around for it, or, this has been taken already. The store is very small and jammed with piles of unattended parcels against the walls outside the reception area. Very disorganized and unsafe in comparison to other pick up facilities that they have a back room for storage. The shopkeepers were eager to brush me off when I insist they should at least take a look. They told me there is no detail shipping address, I showed them I have the original shipping invoice with unit # then they kind of speechless. BTW, if they never seen that parcel, how do they know there isn't detail address?I guess it was taken.If I can post without 1 star, that is the true rating from me.
