Never had a problem with DeSena’s travel. My parents booked a trip to Holland through them when I was a little girl. As a travel agency, they are fantastic. As landlords they are also fantastic!

If I could give zero I would. I used her s few years ago on my very first ever vacation. She recommended memories of veridero Cuba. I specifically asked if there was premium drinks and I even named a few brands Smirnoff etc.. she claimed she called the resort and she promised us the world. We got there and the place was so ghetto that we wanted to leave early. The only booze they had was mystery booze from unlabeled bottles. Basically my first ever vacation was ruined by promises she had no business making. I will never use any travel agent again because I assume they're all liars to get their commission... Beware this agent.

Yesterday, October 20th, I walked in to inquire about a vacation for my boyfriend and I. I was greeted as I sat down. I immediately started in about how we were looking at going to Orlando, would be booking the following day. I told the agent that I didn't have very much time because I had just been held up at Travel Discounters down the street for an hour, so I just wanted a quick quote and would return if it fit our needs. Before I could even finish, the agent cut me off and said if you're shopping at other places
