The drinks are ok but the people working there are not. Poor customer service, horrible attitudes. Maybe get some workers that actually act like they give a fu*k about their customers, not immature high school girls. I am only giving a one star because of the drinks.

I had this three times in a week while in the area. Smoothie turned out great ( Canadian Colada), but one star lost because not the friendliest.

Never had a friendly face there, as if it's a requirement to be a mean and have a negative energy to be hired there. The juice is good but I often choose not to order because of the service .. for 2 years nothing changed .. management are you listening to the comments? You are loosing business because of this!!

honestly despicable. i wish i could give them a -100 score. the “manager” was nothing but rude to the point where she should be fired or just not work any customer service job. never even offered a hi. just said “ what do you want?” when i went upto cash. ive read the other reviews saying” management are you listening? you’re losing business” and i’ve come to believe that it’s the fault of the “manager”(quotation marks emphasized because i doubt she even is a manager.overall the worsts service EVER from her) burnt food. unblended smoothies. poor customer service. incompetent “manager”. enough said.

My wife makes me find your stores all the time when we travel wether it's in the middle of Toronto or a shopping mall in Ottawa. Can we please get one back here in Cornwall? She would be super happy!

Terrible customer service. Only putting the one star because the drinks are good, however this place desperately needs new workers that knows basic customer service, so customers feel welcome whenever their ordering instead of feeling attacked.

There is a lady who is already older, and she is really hateful and arrogant even to take the order, she does not give good attention, it was a bad treatment, I will never go to that store again, very bad experience.

Had an amazing experience there today thanks to the manager. I even went back later in the day to buy a second Watermelon Explosion just because of how nice he was!
