Called the office about a possible rat in an engine, Alex R came and did a wonderful job setting up a trap and sealing any places that it might come in the house. Very happy with their service. Highly recommend them.

We had our first service by Insight today and I’m happy with the job. Our technician Lanka was very polite and diligent and walked me through the process. She even managed to spray below the deck, that I honestly thought she wouldn’t be able to reach. So far the experience has been good, let’s hope we can be mosquito-free for next month.

Kareem showed up to do the inspection & treatment, but my mum passed away the week before. He was very caring, helpful & professional. I was able to continue the contract on the house & Kareem suggested some options & pointed out some things that needed attention. I know that my mum was always very pleased with their service & getting rid of the spiders on the outside of our windows had made a big difference.

I know that I should not give a 5 star rating until at least 14 days after the first treatment in a pest control yearly subscription but I am giving 5 stars because I thought that Myriam and Dan were extremely knowledgeable, generally very happy in their work, and they seemed genuinely proud of their company and the service their company offers.. Any company would be proud to have representatives like Myriam and Dan.Typically, one would say Myriam was going door to door selling" Insight Pest Solutions technician visits

Technician Dan showed up ready to inspect the outside of the home for ants and other pests and inspected for entry points. He carefully explained the appropriate services including the related warranty. He entered the home professional respectfully wearing coverings on his outer foot wear. Dan verified that everything met our expectations before leaving. Excellent customer service!

Michel Larocque came to provide the service and took time to explain everything he was doing. We still had a lot of ants after the first treatment so I contacted Insight. The very next day they scheduled a follow up visit and Michel came back to treat again. We are very please with the professionalism and expediency of Insight Pest Solutions. Thank you!!
