Great team! Super fast service! Food always fresh! Drinks and coffee always on point...the only thing they need is a bigger parking lot for all the line ups because of how many of us love our Tims.

The drive through becomes less personal all the time. No greetings at all. Person at the window was taking an order while handing us our order. Not a word spoken to me. No eye contact or a smile.

The customer service was very slow. A long wait for an Americano coffee. There seemed to be disorganization behind the counter. Not good.

This is the only coffee shop I've ever seen that's created it's own personalized menu for their favorite customers. I have never waited so long for an item but the results are outstanding. Why would I never want to come back this is insane!!! Thank you

Had a a bad order of ice caps... Manager patty said no prob come in and we'll make it right.. Get there and this big heavy lady with a huge face says.. No im not going to replace them.. We were told by the Manager patty to come in... I don't care I'm not replacing them.. I asked for her name she refused said I'm not giving you my name... I was taken aback.. I said I wonder how corporate would think of your handling this... She shrugs her shoulders and says I don't care... Wow... If this is what Tim Hortons has on their front lines.. They are doomed. I have been in business for 35 years and would never treat a customer in this manor.. Especially for 8 bucks. This lady needs to be reprimanded.. Better yet fired for upsetting my wife and myself. She has zero and I mean zero customer service skills.. And no personality.Lady shame on you for ruining our nice Sunday afternoon with our kids.I will not be returning to this place.I say to all stay away from this location and if Tim Hortons allows this kind of mistreatment stay away from them. I'll take to social media soon . However I'll wait to speak to the owner personally if he or she contacts me. I'm not letting this go... It was so so unnecessary. Again shame on you big lady.
