Dr. Dina Lebowitz

I wrote a review awhile back that im going to now retract- I removed it. I was so wrong-Dr Dina Lebowitz is Fantastic! Along with her amazing staff. Very professional, friendly, and if you suffer from dentistry anxiety, you can put that aside- they all make you feel very comfortable and safe. I have been twice now and am due again in June. I will not look for another. Jenna was awesome, my hygienist - to Jose front desk, let’s face it we all understand, having to see a specialist, especially, with dental issues isn’t fun, however, you’re in good hands with this office. They will go out of their way to accommodate you. I totally recommend Dr Lebowitz .

Amazing team from front to back. Extremely knowledgeable, helpful, friendly and very professional. Everything is explained to be in detail from treatment plan and finances. I have been coming here for years. Dr. Lebowitz and her team has taken care of my family for so many years.

Truly some of the best staff a patient could ask for. Dr. Lebowitz and the entire team continuously proves to patients how much they care for their well being. Dr. Lebowitz takes her time to get to know her patients better and never rushes her appointments or consultations. Her work is extremely prestigious and very meticulous, she is an expert at what she does. The whole BP team is very kind and understanding; from the periodontal assistants to the hygienists to the receptionists. Everyone continuously ensures that all protocols and rules are being followed. It’s always a great experience in the BP office. A team full of hard working and intelligent women comparable to super heroes. Definitely recommend BP and Dr. L for anyone who needs to visit a periodontist in the GTA.

I would rate them higher if I could. They were very professional with the way they scheduled the appointments so that patience do not run into each other. My appointment was during the Covid . They were well prepared from the point you arrive to the time you leave. Dr. Lebowitz was very informational and honest with my case and what steps I should take next. I really appreciate that she didn’t just push treatments on me but thought about me and what was best for me. I want to thank her for that and it’s hard to find doctors that are this honest these days. Thank you for a great experience.

I really love Dr. Lebowitz and her staff members at the office, very awesome people, treat you like family and make you feel at ease when you are there with them, they really make you feel comfortable and very respectful to their patients. I will be 1000 times recommend them to others.

I was referred to this specialist from my family dentist. I was extremely pleased by their high standards of professionalism, accommodations and flexibility to ensure the best care for the patients. The moment you walked into the office, the staff treated you as if you’re family. They called me just to check in with me after my dental surgery and encourage me to be open with them if I have any problems, or pain. I love that and it does not seemed forced as I’m already comfortable with them from the moment I stepped foot in their office.Dr. Lebowitz, Josie and other staff members are really wonderful, never in a bad mood, have excellent bedside manners to really listen to your problems and find solutions to the best of their abilities. Even though they close early (5pm), I encourage you to take a day off from work when it comes to any dental surgery that you may have. 5/5 stars from me.

Bramalea pertiodontics has the best staff. When you enter the office, you are greeted with a warm smile and everyone is friendly, professional and knowledgable. I was impressed with the quality of dental care and professionalism. I will be recommending to family and friends.

Dr. Lebowitz and her staff are excellent. Dr. Lebowitz is very skilled, and I am fortunate to be with her. I have had a bridge break off, un-repairable as no tooth surface that was left was high enough for a bridge. My dentist confirmed this, and thus I went to Dr. Lebowitz. Currently, I have had the tooth removed, and bone fill put in to build up the bone in my jaw, so that two implants can be done where the bridge used to be. I had the flap removed today, and everything is fine, but nature needs four moths before the next stage can be done, as the bone melds with my jawbone.Aside: My original dentist was willing to do dental implants, but Dr. Lebowitz teaches how to do it, besides having her own practice. I was recommended to her by a friend. I emailed Sunday evening about my problem, describing the situation, so as to make certain it was clear, instead of talking on the telephone to office staff, who, being human, might miss a little bit. Astonishingly, my email went at 8PM, and Dr, Lebowitz answered with an email saying that she understands the problem, and the office will contact me in the morning. They called Monday morning and fitted me in to be seen. I was thrilled, and have been totally satisfied with all work done so far.

Dr Lebowitz and her staff deserve a 6 star rating! Aside from being a talented Periodontist, Dr. Lebowitz is incredibly caring and compassionate, and delivered a level of customer service that far exceeded my expectations. Her staff are equally talented and caring, soothing any anxiety around my mothers dental procedure. Even the office decor is warm and inviting. The experience we had at Bramalea Periodontics is the most positive encounter with a medical professional and their support staff that I have ever had. Thank you for taking such good care of my mother.

Dr. Lebowitz and staff provide stellar customer experiences each and every time. Dr. Lebowitz went out of her way during peak COVID time in 2019 to refer my daughter (who was here from Ottawa without a dentist and just had a new baby in sick kids hospital) to a root canal specialist when she was in pain and experiencing the most stressful time a new mother could ever imagine. Thank you Dr. Lebowitz for your compassion!!
