Boyce Auto Sales

We made an appointment with Rob to check out a car but Rob gave his colleague the job to sell the car about 20 min before we got there. We were driving almost an hour to get there, he made no effort to communicate to let us know what he was doing. Then when we got there, he told us it's sold, so we were very disappointed. Then we asked for the next car that may be available, andas we went for a test drive with the car, Rob just drove off without telling us that he was leaving early. Which he didn't communicate with us again, he said they were open till 2 and he left at 1.Then when we came back we told by the owner what was going, and that he couldn't sell us any car and there was no one else that could to help us.It was overall a very disappointing experience.

I recently purchased a used truck from Boyce. Thou the truck did have to be returned for servicing, Boyce did complete all the repairs under their warranty. I feel I received genuine and honest service, and they even provided a ride when needed. I will also mention that when the repairs were made, Boyce did use used parts when they could to repair my used vehicle. This did add some extra time to the repair. I do recommend Boyce and will buy from them again.

Loving my car buying experience dealing with Rob and the team at Boyce auto sales . Their slogan is basically on point no gimmicks and quality used vehicles.

I went to Boyce Auto this thanks giving week end , and got there just as they were closing, the young man who was locking up practically gave us the shirt off his back to help us out as I was looking for a car for my Daughter.and we live 3 hours north of the city, He went so far above and beyond to get ahold of his boss to sell us the car my daughter wanted.This company and this young man made my Daughters day with selling us the car we wanted,, I highly recommend Boyce auto if you ever need a good used vehicle.I will definitely recommend Boyce Auto to my friends.Thanks for making my daughter's day.R.Anderson

Omg.Worst ever customer service.Last Saturday, April 01,2033,around 12:20 pm, I just tried to ask a question from a man,ppl said that he is the worker there.Even before my very first word,this man refused me no,no,there are other ppl waiting.What? Just answer my quick question? Question was,are you registered with MPI for repairs.The answer was very simple. Yes or no.He was very rude.Don't go there.

Went a few months ago with my husband to look at a car. They said there was a scratch on the passenger side but when we got there it was a dent and not a small one. The car itself was dirty inside and out but took it for a test drive anyway. I liked the car however when we went to talk about purchasing it the guy wouldn't even look at my husband or I so we just walked out and bought somewhere else where we were treated better.

Great experience when buying my new car! wasn't pushed into buying something I didn't want or need (like other places) process was super easy and Rob not only answered all my questions but also went over every detail on the contract so I knew exactly what I was signing.Will definitely be recommending!!
