Hampton Inn by Hilton Brampton Toronto

I am hilton honored customer I used hilton app to book a room but unfortunately it was the worst experience because of next door customer. They let their kids play on the hallway from 6 am to 9 am I called front desk twice unfortunately nothing happened. If I stayed rural motel it was going to cheaper and better quality... I paid 216 CAD and made my whole night miserable and I didn't even eat breakfast because of my anger... I will never stay in this hotel again EVER

Our experience from the very beginning was great! The staff still on at 2pm was excellent with great attitudes. Rooms excellent condition. Breakfast was amazing and very well kept up with...by the same staff member that was working the front desk .

Very nice large and clean room. My room has a mini fridge. There's a food court half a mile down the street.

The STAFF are the best! Warm, friendly, sincere, helpful! What a great team. Thank you for an excellent stay.My room was spacious, spotless and quiet. The breakfast was excellent and the staff are exceptional. Everyone is happy and smiling - obviously everyone enjoys working together and it makes for such a wonderful atmosphere.

From the moment I arrived, I was greeted by friendly and attentive staff who made me feel right at home. The check-in process was seamless.The rooms are absolutely stunning. The beds are incredibly soft and plush, ensuring a peaceful and restful night of sleep. The bathroom was spotless and had all the amenities one could possibly need for a comfortable stay.The hotel's breakfast experience was also phenomenal. Friendly cooks, constantly. Checking on food and customers.Overall, my stay at Hampton Inn Hotel was nothing short of exceptional. If you're looking for a hotel that offers impeccable service, then this Hotel is definitely the place to be. Me & my boyfriend stayed at this hotel for his B-day weekendIn the morning when we checked out we found our cars vandaliz.When we told the front desk to check the cameras they had NO manager on site that had authorization to check the cameras & NO security on duty at the timeNot only that I got food Poisoning & there was no hot water so I had to take a cold showerNot a good location to stay at, I am not happy with my experience here at this hotel

Stayed one night while visiting a friend and we were so comfortable. Got a room with a king bed and we slept like babies. It was so quiet. No complaints at all. Can’t speak for the complimentary breakfast because we missed it due to being hungover but we would definitely stay here again if needed.

The hotel itself was very clean and easily accessible. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast available from 6am to 9am and there were multiple options to choose from. Location was not the best as there was not too much close by unless you have a car but therr is Public transport available, we found Uber to be the best option to get around. Kid friendly hotel and there is a small pool that was very quiet and they have a fitness room too. Overall a great stay and i would definitely stay again. Thank you Hampton Inn for a great stay.

I really enjoyed my two nights i stayed here.The beds were very comfortable and clean.They breakfast being served was pretty good also.

Rooms were clean and nice. Slow free internet. Why are the toilets so low?
